Under the background of rapid socio-economic development,human capital has become one of the company's key core competencies,and as an effective way to increase human capital's competitiveness,it has built a set of companies that are in line with the company's own situation,with complete expertise and scientific efficiency.The staff training system is of great significance.This article takes S companies in the cultural media industry as an example.Through two-stage questionnaire survey and analysis and interviews with experts,we use rank statistics and other digital statistical methods to conduct a comprehensive study on the status quo of human resources and the company's employee training system,from a training system level.From the aspects of training course level,training resources level and training management process level,analyze the current training deficiencies.According to the theory of system-based model,this paper puts forward the basic principles and overall ideas for the optimal design of employee training system,and optimizes the design from the training organization system,training system,training curriculum system,training resource system and training management process.The ability to upgrade the middle management cadre of the company was added,and the specific optimization measures in the program were introduced in detail.Finally,a staff training system guided by the system model was formed.At the same time,this paper proposes the safeguard measures that need to be provided during the specific implementation process of the enterprise employee training system optimization plan,for example,establishing an environmental support mechanism for transforming the training effect and improving the incentive mechanism for the transformation of the training effect.The research work in this paper is based on practical experience and theoretical analysis.The research results are based on the analysis of internal research data.The research method of this article has certain value and significance for the training of employees in other industries in China.
