| With the rapid development of tennis in China,tennis has gradually become one of the most popular sports on the campuses of universities in China.2021,the State General Administration of Sports issued the "Fourteenth Five-Year" Sports Development Plan,which will vigorously promote tennis on campus,and promote the reform pilot and competition training of campus tennis and other sports.For tennis students,good physical fitness is the basis and guarantee for the development of their technical skills,and speed and agility are two of the most crucial physical qualities in tennis.Object of study: To study the effect of Cross Fit training mode on the special speed quality and special agility quality of college tennis students.Research methods: documentary method,expert interviews,experimental method and mathematical and statistical method.The results of the study:(1)speed test items: there was a highly significant difference between the experimental group and the pre-experimental group;there was no significant difference between the control group;after the experiment,there was a highly significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in all three tests(2)dexterity test items: there was a highly significant difference between the experimental group and the pre-experimental group;there was a significant difference between the control group;there was a significant difference between the two groups in the left turn front sprint and the forehand fold sprint;there was a highly significant difference between the two groups in the right turn front sprint,the backhand fold sprint and the spider breakConclusions:(1)Cross Fit training can have a positive effect on the speed and agility qualities of college tennis students.(2)Traditional training has less impact on speed and agility than Cross Fit training.(3)Cross Fit training is more suitable for college tennis students than traditional training.(4)Cross Fit training is more suited to the intense and varied style of tennis.(5)Traditional training methods are relatively homogeneous and cannot meet the realistic needs of the development of tennis fitness training on campus. |
