| In tennis, serving technique is the key and difficult point in tennis teaching.Forehand and backhand hitting technique is the most basic and commonly used technical action.Serving is the only thing in tennis that is not limited to the other side.Good serving technique can enable the server to fully display tactics and create the best hitting line according to his own intention,so as to take the initiative in the game.Forehand and backhand stroke technique is the most frequently used in tennis.A player with good forehand and backhand technique can find faults of the opponent in the stalemate stage of the tennis match so as to stabilize the score, and also can create opportunities in the passive situation with reasonable connection tactics. Therefore, the quality of the service, forehand and backhand to a large extent determines the victory of the match. However, many students specialized in tennis have not established a scientific training awareness, and some acute and chronic injuries and injuries caused by muscle imbalance will inevitably occur in sports, which hinders the improvement of technical level. Therefore, scientific and reasonable training methods play an important role in improving the quality of batting. In this study, questionnaire survey method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method to explore whether functional training has an effect on the quality of hitting.Specific content:(1)Experimental subjects:tennis students of Suzhou University,15 in the experimental group and 15 in the control group.(2)Experimental content: functional training was used in the experimental group, while conventional training was used in the control group.(3)Experiment duration: 8 weeks, twice a week,90 minutes each time.(4)Experimental test index: the test index is divided into three parts:(1)FMS;(2)Athletic quality(throwing solid ball over the top, skipping rope for 1 minute, grip strength, standing long jump, fan running);(3)Hitting quality(serving, forehand and backhand hitting depth and accuracy).Through comparative analysis of data,it is known that:(1)After 8 weeks of physical training, the performance of the tennis students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group in the functional movement screening test. The results showed that functional training significantly improved the basic movement patterns of students’ bodies, and the movement patterns were more standardized.(2)After 8 weeks of physical training,The special sports quality of the two groups was improved to a certain extent. The performance of the students in the control group and the experimental group showed significant differences. The effect of functional training on the body was better than that of the conventional training.(3)After 8 weeks of physical training,Compared with the control group, students in the experimental group showed significant differences in serve, backhand depth, accuracy score, success rate of forehand depth, and accuracy of forehand and backhand, and the success rate of backhand depth was not significant difference. It shows that the effect of functional training on improving the hitting quality of special tennis special students is generally higher than that of regular training. |
