High school ideological and political course is the key course to perform the fundamental mission of fostering virtues.However,for a long time,under the pressure of the college entrance examination,many teachers still use the traditional lecture-style teaching methods,and do not give full play to the main role of students in learning.Students passively accept knowledge and memorize mechanically,resulting in high school ideological and political teaching effect more and more deviated from the direction we expect.Under the background of new curriculum,new textbooks and new college entrance examination,it is necessary to complete large-capacity teaching tasks in limited class time and Cultivate the core competences of subjects in teaching,which has become a new challenge that ideological and political classroom teaching faces in senior high school.The traditional teaching method of textbook explanation can not meet the needs of current high school ideological and political teaching.Therefore,under the background of "Three New Trends",how to effectively respond to the appeals of "Three New Trends",improve the quality of classroom teaching,and perform the fundamental mission of fostering virtues requires front-line teachers to think more and practice more.On the basis of sorting out the research results of group cooperative learning at home and abroad and under the guidance of the connotation and basic theoretical basis of group cooperative learning,the author finds that the implementation of group cooperative learning in senior high school ideological and political lessons is facing a "bottleneck" through questionnaire survey of teachers and students and insight into each teaching link in the process of group cooperative learning.In the actual classroom teaching,there are many problems,mainly manifested in: teachers use the method less frequently;cooperative learning becomes a mere formality;group division of labor is not reasonable;cooperative learning efficiency is not high;the teaching content is not well designed;the cooperation opportunity is not accurate;group work evaluation system is not perfect and learning incentive mechanism is not perfect.The author makes an in-depth analysis of the problems in the process of group cooperative learning,and on this premise,under the direction of the problems,puts forward the implementation strategies to promote the normalization of group cooperative learning in high school ideological and political courses.First,the timing and theme selection of cooperative learning;Second,the management and ability improvement of the group;Third,the group work evaluation and incentive mechanism.Finally,based on the actual teaching practice,it demonstrates the implementation of group cooperative learning in high school ideological and political lessons through specific teaching cases,so as to enhance the practicality and reference value of this paper.
