| Since 2018,in order to introduce highly educated,high-quality population,several cities,including Tianjin,Xi ’ an and Wuhan,have introduced series of talent policy to add new impetusfor further development.However,after the introduction of talent,how to develop talent,retain talent for the personal growth of talent in line with the needs of organizational development as well as economic benefits,has become an urgent problem for all types of organizations.The grass-roots staff in human resources service agency not only represents the corporate image and corporate culture,butalso provides human resources services to various organizations in the front line.The professional level and overall quality of the grass-roots staff in human resources service agencies have a certain impact on the entire industry and all types of organizations.In order to enhance the comprehensive ability of the grass-roots staff in human resources service agencies,we should improve thetraining system as guarantee,for the construction and perfection of the training system is related to the improvement of the grass-roots staff quality and the long-term development of the enterprise.Therefore,it is of great significance to construct a set of training system for the grass-roots staff of human resources service agencies with possessing industry characteristics,basing on reality as well as catering for all abilities.Starting from the theory of training transfer,this paper takes the training system of the grass-roots staff in the H human resources service agency as the research object,selecting the training transfer model of the training theory and training transfer theory at home and abroad,finding out the problems existing in the training system of the grass-roots staff of H human resources service agency through analysis.Then combined with the characteristics of the grass-roots staff of H human resources service agency,the questionnaire and interview outline were designed by reviewing the questionnaire scale of the well-known training transfer influencing factors and seeking advice from the experts and scholars.Through the questionnaire survey,this paper uses SPSS statistical analysis method to analyze the data of questionnaire feedback,verifying the impact of variables on the results of training transfer,screening out the key factors that have a greater impact on training transfer.Finally,based on the training transfer theory and the previous analysis,the influence factors of the training transfer of the grass-roots staff in H human resources service agency are combined with the current situation of training program,this paper puts forward optimization countermeasures with maneuverability and practicality for the grassroots staff training system. |
