Since China's reform and opening up,especially after China's accession to the WTO,foreign trade has developed rapidly,has become the second largest economy in the world.Chongqing,as the only municipality directly under the central government in the western region,has made remarkable achievements in foreign trade in recent years along with the continuous development of inland open highland construction,but also brings new development opportunities and challenges to Chongqing customs declaration enterprises.As a customs declaration enterprise mainly relying on intelligent service for survival and development," talents" are the core resources of customs declaration enterprises,at present,due to its rapid development and other factors in the early development of human resources training and development problems are increasingly prominent,there is a big gap between the quality and ability of grass-roots employees and the requirements of enterprise development,seriously hindered the enterprise strategic goals and sustained and healthy development.In this paper,taking Chongqing XH customs declaration service co.,ltd as an example,Collect data through literature research,interview research,questionnaire distribution,field observation,query data and other methods,Carry out data analysis,diagnose that problems in the exist grass-roots staff training work of the enterprise,Use human resource management and training to develop relevant theoretical knowledge,According to the actual situation of the enterprise,on the basis of learning from the advanced training experience at home and abroad,to optimize and improve the existing grass-roots staff training system from the aspects of training needs analysis,training plan formulation,training plan implementation,training effect evaluation and the like,and put forward specific solutions to the problem.In addition,in order to enable the redesigned system to run smoothly and effectively,this paper also puts forward some related safeguard measures,finally,the prospect is summarized.I hope that with the help of Chongqing xh customs service co.,ltd.grass-roots staff training system redesign research,and effectively improve that quality of the grass-root employees of the enterprise,Enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises,to achieve the strategic objectives of enterprise development.At the same time,it can be used as a reference for enterprises in the same industry in the training and development of grass-roots staff,Contribute to promoting the formation of a new pattern of Chongqing's full opening up.
