| The digital wave swept the world.The technological changes represented by 5g,big data,cloud computing,blockchain,artificial intelligence and edge computing gave birth to a new economy and new business forms.Countries all over the world complied with the development trend of the times and issued policies to develop the digital economy.The digital economy developed vigorously all over the world.The manufacturing industry,as the pillar of the national economy,is naturally placed in the primary position of economic development.The major manufacturing countries in the world have successively issued policies to devote themselves to the integrated development of information technology and manufacturing industry.Although the digital transformation of enterprises has become a consensus at present,the vast majority of manufacturing enterprises are faced with the reality of weak transformation foundation,shortage of funds and insufficient innovation ability.They are willing to implement digital transformation but lack of strength.Or even if enterprises have the conditions to carry out transformation,enterprise digital transformation is a systematic work involving all links of enterprise operation,and there is no way to start the transformation work.Therefore,it is necessary to sort out the relevant specific measures of successful enterprises in transformation,provide reference for other enterprises,analyze the performance of successful enterprises,and encourage other enterprises to actively carry out digital transformation.Sany Heavy Industry Co.Ltd.is a well-known small factory without background.It only took more than ten years to grow rapidly into a leader in the construction machinery manufacturing industry,which has analytical value.Therefore,Sany is selected as the case object for research in this paper.A case study based on Sany Heavy Industry Co.Ltd.,this paper evaluates the effect of Sany’s digital transformation,and puts forward relevant suggestions for Sany’s future digital transformation.Firstly,it explains the research background and significance of this paper,and briefly explains the research content and methods;Next,it combs the previous relevant literature from four aspects : the connotation,influencing factors,path and effect of digital transformation,and explains the relevant theoretical knowledge of enterprise performance evaluation;Then it introduces the industry and Sany’s operation,analyzes the reasons for its transformation in detail from the aspects of technology,policy and industry development,combs the process of Sany digital transformation from the time line,and analyzes the specific measures of its transformation,In addition,the mechanisms by which Sany’s digital transformation has an impact on performance are also analyzed;Then,the performance of Sany transformation is analyzed from the two dimensions of financial indicators and non-financial indicators.Based on the comparative analysis of its performance before and after the transformation by selecting relevant indicators,in order to eliminate the impact of industry cycle development,XCMG Machinery and Zoomlion of the same industry and scale are selected to compare and analyze its transformation effect;Finally,some optimization suggestions are put forward according to some problems existing in Sany digital transformation.Through the analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The operation cost of the enterprise is reduced and the profitability is enhanced;2.The debt repayment ability is guaranteed and the enterprise operation risk is reduced;3.The operating efficiency of the enterprise is improved and the future development prospect is broad.Therefore,on the whole,Sany Heavy Industry’s digital transformation is relatively successful,which has played a good demonstration and guidance role for the digital transformation of traditional manufacturing enterprises. |
