Blended teaching is a subject of general concern in teaching theory and practice in recent years.Under the background of "Double reduction",education returns to school,which highlights the importance of Blended teaching in improving the quality of classroom teaching.In the opinions on vigorously strengthening the construction and application of online education and teaching resources in primary and secondary schools issued by the Ministry of education in conjunction with five departments in February 2021,it is clearly proposed to "actively promote online and offline Blended teaching,expand teaching time and space,and promote the reconstruction of teaching organization methods and the innovation of teaching methods".Blended teaching has become a teaching concept and method that must be valued by theory,advocated by policy and practiced.So,in the current teaching practice of primary education,has hybrid teaching been widely used in classroom teaching? What problems still exist? What causes the problem? How to optimize the problem? This is the basic logical thinking and goal of this study.Based on the systematic combing of the relevant contents of Blended teaching,this study clarifies the connotation of Blended teaching and the basic characteristics of multidimensional teaching objectives,inter subjectivity of teaching relations,richness of teaching process and integration of teaching resources.Taking this as the theoretical basis of the research,this study investigates the current situation of classroom teaching in three primary schools in Q city from the perspective of Blended teaching by using the methods of literature,classroom observation and interview.The investigation shows that although these schools have some positive aspects in the understanding and establishment of teaching objectives,the performance of classroom teaching relations,the use of teaching methods and the integration and application of resources,they have not carried out Blended teaching on a large scale,and teachers’ understanding of mixed teaching is still at a shallow level;the problems existing in the process of classroom teaching are summarized as follows: the implementation of teaching objectives is biased,the communication and interaction between teachers and students is relatively single,the mixed use of classroom teaching methods is improper,and the effect of students’ flipping learning is poor.The reasons for the above problems are: the restrictions on the allocation and management of mixed teaching resources in schools;the restriction of teachers’ mixed teaching concept and ability;the development characteristics and learning habits of primary school students affect the implementation of Blended teaching.Based on the analysis of the above problems and causes,optimize the Blended teaching in primary school classrooms.First,optimize school Blended teaching management and allocation: enrich resource allocation,technology and expert support,and build a Blended teaching management system;Second,improve teachers’ Blended teaching concept and ability: provide teachers with rich and diverse training,and teachers themselves should consciously learn relevant theories and improve the ability of Blended teaching design and implementation;Third,guide and cultivate students’ flipping learning habits and abilities:help students form good autonomous learning habits and abilities,and enhance students’ subject consciousness and ability of flipping learning. |
