With the promulgation of "core literacy for Chinese students development" in2016,the core literacy education concept aiming at cultivating "people with all-round development" has gradually penetrated into various disciplines teaching fields.How to cultivate students' core elements in classroom teaching is the focus of education and teaching discussion.The heuristic teaching,which is rooted in the eastern and Western civilization,takes the student's subjectivity as the starting point,aiming to transcend the pursuit of knowledge,to focus on the development of students' thinking ability and the shaping of perfect personality,which is consistent with the concept of core literacy.Under the background of core literacy,heuristic teaching has more and more important value functions,which can promote the students' all-round development,cultivate students' thinking ability,guide students to learn deeply and actively.However,there are many theoretical errors and practical errors in the heuristic teaching in contemporary classroom,which makes it difficult to "thin" the "thick product" of heuristic teaching.Therefore,the research on the problems of heuristic teaching in the background of core literacy can not only understand the problems existing in the current heuristic teaching,but also provide effective optimization strategies,and also better highlight the era value of heuristic teaching in the context of core literacy.This study takes teachers of six schools(four primary schools and two middle schools)in S Province as the research object,and explores the problems of heuristic teaching in the background of core literacy by questionnaire and interview.The questionnaire survey was used to investigate 178 teachers' recognition,cognitive understanding,application ability and application effect.The interview method was used to interview 12 teachers on six dimensions: identification,cognitive understanding,specific application,application effect,existing problems and school management of heuristic teaching in the context of core literacy.The research finds that the main problems in heuristic teaching in the context of core literacy are: first,teachers' understanding of heuristic teaching is superficial.The main performance is that teachers narrow heuristic teaching into question and answer method,generalize heuristic teaching and cannot be relied on,and the heuristic teaching is opposite to teaching method.Second,teachers' pursuit of heuristic teaching is more important than result but less process.The main performance is that the goal of inspiration tends to be knowledge,and the process of inspiration ignores classroom generation.Third,teachers' heuristic teaching behavior is "empiricism".The main performance is that the problem of inspiration is lack of constructiveness,the process of enlightenment guidance is superficial,and the heuristic method is relatively single.The reasons for the above problems are: the theoretical research of heuristic teaching needs to be deepened;the school teaching reform has not produced deep penetration effect;the teachers' heuristic teaching quality needs to be improved.Based on this,the paper puts forward the optimization strategy of heuristic teaching which points to core literacy: Deepening the systematic research of heuristic teaching is the foundation;improving the management evaluation of heuristic teaching is the guarantee;and improving the heuristic teaching wisdom of teachers is the key.
