In order to promote teachers' professional development,improve the quality of education and the new course reform,The National Plan for Mid-and Long-Term Educational Reform and Development(2010-2020)put forward clearly that the stuff teacher will be offered training every five-year cycle.When much training force is paid,teacher training has made clear progress.However,studies reflect there are many problems,especially the core section-teaching.So,what are the key problems?Education departments pay much attention to this issue,which directly related to thousands of teachers' professional development as well.Recently,the training center of a college in Midlands is possessed of certain influence in the fields of teacher training by undertaking a large number of programs.This research selects experts as the subject from the training center,and investigates the current situation and effect of teacher training by the methods of literature research,survey method,statistical analysis and classroom instructional behaviors analysis.Finally,the paper proposes optimization strategy with pertinence based on the satisfaction and the major problems about the quality of teaching.Through classroom instructional behaviors analysis and multi-site survey,the present study finds out that:1.Student participation is not high,because of trainers control the classes strictly,even trainer alone has the say.2.Trainers lack an awareness of interaction reasonable,can't fair use the teaching strategies about learning,and teaching methods are not flexible.3.Ignoring the individuality of the students,trainers can't satisfy personalized learning requirements.4.Trainers only give lessons without the consciousness of guidance,evaluation,research and reflective.5.Lacking appraisal method about effect,which can't excite students' initiative enthusiasm and self-responsibility of study.6.Trainers still focus on theory and ignore in practice,teaching practice is not adequately supervised.Finally,according to the major problems above,this paper put forward following optimized strategies with pertinence from trainers and training center:1.Updating of teaching concepts-"student orientation";2.Enriching the teaching methods-equaling priority on learning and instruction;3.Finding out students'current levels of learning-making hierarchy teaching;4.Trainers have their own classroom teaching self-reflection-accelerate the fuse of role;5.Giving students a sense of responsibility-providing driving tasks;6.Cultivating the real teacher training specialists-training of trainers.These suggestions could meet the needs of learners and help trainers do better in guiding the front-line teacher in the practice of education and teaching purposely and effectively.
