Nowadays,school bullying still occurs frequently.Suburban areas have unique characteristics that are different from cities and rural areas,making suburban primary schools one of the high incidence areas of school bullying.Therefore,more attention should be paid to school bullying in suburban primary schools.Due to the harmfulness of school bullying,the occurrence of school bullying incidents will have varying degrees of harm to the bully,the bullied and bystanders,especially the most serious harm to the bullied.As the vulnerable party in school bullying,if the bullied person does not receive timely intervention,the bullying behavior will cause serious trauma to their physical and mental development,and even lead to suicidal tendencies.Therefore,compared with the bully,the bullied need more attention and support from the society,school and family.To this end,the author uses group work practices,guided by social learning theory and advantage perspective theory,and uses group work methods to help the bullied to correctly recognize school bullying behavior,guide them to face bullying with a correct attitude,and avoid silently enduring it.Or fierce confrontation,keep calm and rational as much as possible,improve their cognitive ability and prevention ability before school bullying,coping ability during the incident and psychological construction ability after the incident,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the ability to deal with school bullying,thereby A practical study of preventing the recurrence of school bullying.In the practice process of group work,social workers first recruited and screened 8 group members who were willing to improve their self-protection ability in Primary School A,and established an initial professional relationship with them.In the early stage of group activities,ice-breaking games were used to ease the tension in the group,so that a sense of trust and identity was initially formed among the group members,and the understanding among the group members was further deepened.Use problem-oriented team members to learn the correct cognition of school bullying;guide team members to understand the harm of school bullying,establish self-protection awareness,explore self-potential and advantages,and find their own self-protection advantages;in the middle of the activity,guide team members to guide and train,learn Methods of soothing emotions and self-regulation;learning to prevent and respond to different types of school bullying through role-playing;finally,by encouraging team members to face up to bullying,strengthen knowledge and methods of preventing and coping with bullying,and improve team members ability to cope with school bullying;Help the bullied person become stronger to resist the risk of bullying,and let bystanders establish correct values to prevent bullying from happening in time.Practical research shows that group work is effective in improving the bullied people’s cognitive ability,coping and prevention ability to school bullying,and can regulate negative emotions by improving their psychological counseling ability,and improve their interpersonal relationships to a certain extent.The physical and psychological development of suburban primary school students has a certain positive effect.
