Bullying has been a long-standing concern,but not solved for a long time,at the same time harm a big social problem.Many students because of bullying the learning disabilities,playing truant,behavior and symptoms such as anxiety and depression.Directly affect the students’ physical and mental health,not conducive to the growth of the students,also affect the survival and development of adult.This study investigates the discovery,S middle school,1227 junior high school students,give priority to with questionnaire survey,interview survey is complementary.From the bully,bullies and onlookers three Angle examines the ways of bullying,source,time,location,frequency,bullying the inner feelings of parties,as well as the teachers,parents and friends,in the face of bullying happens on both sides of the approach.And bullying happen is discussed according to the results of the survey,mainly from the school,society,family and individual analysis,research conclusions are as follows:(1)the bullying behavior is common;(2)the bullying way mainly verbal bullying,but physical violence also nots allow to ignore.(3)the main source of bullying is between students,teachers and parents are also important sources at the same time;(4)the time and place for bullying behaviors are mainly the school campus and on the way;(5)was bullied bullying to impact on the body and mind;More boys than girls(6)involved in bullying,the girl’s body and mind is affected more;(7)students with poor academic performance is more likely to get involved in bullying,study result good students at the same time is also the source of the bully;(8)family structure is imperfect more students to participate in the frequency of bullying than family structure perfect students;(9)in seventh grade students more involved in bullying;(1)the treatment of teachers,parents,friends,to be improved.Based on the above conclusions,this study proposed,should stand in the global point ofprevention and treatment of bullying,key in the school,should be in school is fully mobilize schools,teachers,parents,judicial organs,social,including the initiative of the students personal aspects.To perfect the relevant system,school bullying processing mechanism,timely deal with bullying,strengthen campus safety education,improving teachers’ professional quality and ethics,and burden for teachers,give full play to the initiative of all teachers,within the scope of the whole school hit the atmosphere of bullying.Schools to carry out the real quality education,cultivate students’ ability of independence,self-confidence,self-improvement,the moral education of students,cultivate students’ ability of interpersonal communication,let the students themselves practice internal work,improve the ego to protect consciousness.School strengthen the relationship with parents,but also to do a good job of the parents’ education,courses to help parents improve quality,improve the sensitivity of the bullying of parent,school parent-child education activities actively,help parents improve parent-child relationship.Schools to strengthen with the judicial organs and the linkage of the society,solve the problem of bullying.Of bullying in a timely manner in accordance with the rules in accordance with the processing,the coalition government organs,to purify the campus environment,and actively involved in the bullying of legislative work.
