Adolescence is an important stage of physical and psychological development,a special and turning stage in the development of life.Because adolescents’ physical and mental development is not yet fully mature,or their own abilities are insufficient, they may not be able to rely on their own strength to release the pressure in a reasonable way when faced with pressure from family, study, interpersonal relationships, etc. In addition, adolescents usually have the characteristics of strong self-esteem,immature thinking, emotional instability, impulsiveness, and easy influence by others. Therefore,in this case, teenagers need someone to help them form a good self-awareness,guide or regulate their language or behavior,so as to form good behavior habits.Otherwise, they are very likely to go astray, with serious consequences that affect their lives. The author defines the connotation and extension of aggressive behavior through literature research, expounds the specific types and manifestations of aggressive behavior, uses cognitive behavior theory and social learning theory to deeply explore the internal mechanism of the formation and development of youth aggressive behavior, and summarizes youth aggressive behavior.influencing factors and intervention strategies. At the same time, through interviews and questionnaires to understand the current situation and regularity of the aggressive behavior of S school teenagers,to explore its special causes and negative effects. The survey found that adolescents with aggressive behaviors have irrational cognition and self-cognition biases, emotional irritability, impulsiveness, and reckless behavior when taking behaviors.Their common aggressive behaviors include verbal and physical aggression. The author selects 6 students in the second grade of S school in Ji’an city as the group service objects.Through on-the-spot observation of the aggressive behavior of the group’s clients, and the measurement of aggressive behavior, based on cognitive behavior theory and social learning theory, combined with the characteristics and laws of the aggressive behavior of the group’s clients, the group work practice was designed, and youth aggressive behavior was carried out in S school.Intervention’s "three warm winters" group activities.A total of 8 group activities were designed in the project. The goal of group work is to change the wrong self-perception of young people,to promote the formation of correct perception of young people,to improve their bad behavior habits,to reduce the probability of aggression,to establish harmonious interpersonal relationships, and to promote the development of young people themselves. The main content of group activities is to guide group members to find negative self-concept,discover their unreasonable emotional expression, and clearly understand the consequences of their aggressive behavior;through correct demonstration, teach positive self-concept,reasonable emotional expression and correct pressure Release pathways, then shape positive behaviors and abandon passive aggressive behaviors. After group work interferes with the aggressive behavior of group members, group members can form correct self-awareness,better control their negative emotions, take reasonable channels to vent their emotions, learn the correct way of interpersonal communication, and establish a good relationship with others.interpersonal relationships. In general, group social work methods have achieved certain results in intervening in adolescent aggression. In the process of practice, the role of social workers needs to be transformed according to the different stages of practice to play an organizational and guiding function. In addition, when social workers carry out activities, they combine social work encouragement, support, and body language and other professional skills to gain the trust of clients and promote practical progress, thereby enhancing the intervention effect of group work.Based on the research of scholars from all walks of life, this practice further explored the effectiveness of group work to intervene in adolescent aggressive behavior, which is of great significance to adolescent aggressive behavior intervention. It is hoped that this study can provide a reference for future research on adolescent aggressive behavior intervention, and provide more options for effective coping methods and working theories to improve adolescent aggressive behavior.
