| The deepening of education system reform has made the traditional methods of "management" and "pressure" of rigid management of human resources unable to meet the needs of the development of the times.In addition,the school has little research on the career planning and mental health of primary school teachers,which makes some teachers experience job burnout.These problems not only affect teachers’ own health,but also seriously affect the quality of education and teaching in primary schools.The "people-oriented" as the symbol of flexible management mode can supplement the insufficiency of rigid management mode.This flexible management model that takes into account "stability and change" meets the needs of the current rapid development of science and technology,caters to the needs of primary school teachers’ human resources management,and is conducive to promoting the improvement of primary education and teaching level and talent management effectiveness.Firstly,this paper introduces the theoretical and practical significance of the topic.Using the literature method,this paper summarizes the achievements of human resource flexible management at home and abroad,straightens out the relationship between it and organizational performance,and puts forward the research content and innovation of this paper.Secondly,aiming at the flexible management of primary school teachers,this paper summarizes the concept and characteristics of flexible management of human resources.This paper describes the meaning of flexible management and its differences from traditional human resource management,summarizes several core characteristics of flexible management,and expounds the relevant theories of flexible management.This paper analyzes the role of flexible management of primary school teachers,and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of implementing flexible management of primary school teachers.Taking s primary school in M District of Qingdao as an example,this paper investigates the basic situation of s primary school,and investigates and analyzes the current situation of s primary school’s current management policy,teacher satisfaction,personnel mobility factors and the needs of primary school teachers through questionnaires and interviews.It is concluded that there are some problems in s primary school teacher management,such as the lack of flexibility of human resource management concept,the lack of flexible guidance for teachers’ career development,the lack of flexibility of incentive system and assessment system.It also analyzes the causes of flexible management of primary school teachers at the social and school levels.In view of the current problems in the flexible management of s primary school teachers,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,including: creating the institutional environment for teachers to participate in school management,forming the cultural influence of the personality power of leaders,establishing a perfect trade union organization,and creating a flexible campus culture;Through the implementation of flexible performance appraisal,the establishment of knowledge value oriented distribution system and the establishment of flexible broadband salary system,we can realize the flexibility of salary and welfare;The flexibility of the incentive evaluation system can be realized through the reform of the leading professional title evaluation system,the improvement of the teaching performance evaluation mechanism,and the information incentive under the Internet + background. |
