Research On The Sustainable Development Path Of The Chinese University Basketball Second League (Shandong Division

The release and implementation of relevant national policies,such as the Outline of Building a powerful Sports Country,the 2030 Plan for Healthy China,the 14 th Five-Year Plan for Sports Development and so on,clearly proposes to accelerate the rapid development of the "Three Big Balls" and carry out after-school training and competition activities.CUBAL Second-level League is one of the forms of CUBAL League.The purpose of this study is as follows: to promote the construction of a strong sports country and a healthy China.Promote the platform construction of CUBAL Second-level League and CUBAL League,and promote the development of the league.Promoting the development of the sports population.Promote students’ physical and mental health development and expand students’ social skills,and promote the development of CUBAL second-level league and sports cause.This article uses the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and other methods.Through consulting and investigation,players,referees,coaches and other groups in the 23rd and 24th CUBAL second-level league in Shandong Province were interviewed.The thesis discusses and researches the development degree,coordination degree and sustainability degree of sustainable development as the logic.The development degree is to investigate the coaches,referees,athletes and event organizing personnel of the league.Coordination degree is the correlation analysis of the advantages and constraints(unsustainability)of the second tier league(Shandong Division);The sustainability is analyzed from five aspects: basic principles of sustainability,basic requirements,strategic path,specific path and guarantee path,in order to sort out relevant problems and put forward relevant suggestions on sustainability.Research results:(1)Development degree refers to the development of things and the status quo of development,and expresses the "quantitative dimension" of sustainable development.In the league,it is manifested as: athletes,coaches,referees and the status quo of competition system.Among the athletes,junior,senior and graduate students are the main players.Shandong is the largest nationality.Athletes internal participation motivation accounts for a large proportion.Actual combat training is a commonly used training method.Coaches focus on physical strength,technology and tactics.Physical training endurance,speed,strength three aspects,mainly training core,legs,arms and other parts.Colleges and universities to increase credits,including quantification as incentives.Although the athletes contact basketball early,but most of the way to self-study practice.In the group of coaches,there are more men and less women.Most of them are aged 36-45 years old.The team is short of doctors and assistant coaches.Most of the coaches have master’s degree and bachelor’s degree.The number of secondary athletes is large.Lecturer,associate professor titles number.The referee level of the coaches is mostly one level and national level.Coaches receive little training every year and generally take the title evaluation as motivation.The coaches pay attention to teaching and training.The competition training plan is based on semester training,with most teams training more than 4 times a week.The training time of 2-3 weeks before the competition is more than 2 hours,and the training times and time of other weeks are reduced correspondingly.In the group of referees,there are more men and less women.The majority of national referees.The age structure is mostly 26-35 years old and tends to be younger.There are more referees in Yantai,Qingdao and Linyi.Referees have more intrinsic motivation to participate in refereeing.Most referees in provincial competitions participate in refereeing training every year.Referees with undergraduate education account for more than,most through the basketball association call,local recommended way to participate in the referee.The Qingdao area holds many times,the competition schedule is compact,need to be adjusted,the competition system arrangement is reasonable.The organization and management structure of sports associations is based on the management mode of enterprises.It is a national sports association with legal person status approved by the Ministry of Civil Affairs.Sports associations were initially established with reference to the company and enterprise system,while school sports associations and basketball associations in China were established with reference to the enterprise system.Its relevant structure system is also built with reference to the relevant system of the enterprise.There is no absolute vertical management relationship between departments of sports associations,but horizontal management system is adopted.(2)Coordination degree refers to the concept of internal efficiency and quality of things,pursues the balance of development of things and reflects the "quality dimension".In the league,it is reflected in two aspects: advantages and constraints.This paper investigates and interviews the advantages and constraints(unsustainability)of the league.According to the survey and interview,the advantages of CUBAL second-level league in Shandong Province are as follows: guidance and support in policy and economy,good basketball atmosphere in Shandong Province,support from colleges and universities,large proportion of coaches’ internal coaching motivation,sound and potential of publicity media,large proportion of athletes’ internal participation motivation,and reasonable arrangement of competition system.However,the restriction(unsustainable)on the development of CUBAL second-level league in the province is reflected in the following aspects: the construction of campus basketball team is not complete,the tight schedule leads to injuries,the conflict of learning and training,the construction of campus culture to be improved,repeated epidemic,the lack of game brand,the lack of development of derivative products,the imperfect medical and health security measures,the gap in university fund support,the omission and misjudgment of penalty.(3)Sustainability refers to the judgment of the long-term rationality of development and mainly expresses the "time dimension" of capacity building for sustainable development,which can be divided into five aspects: basic requirements,basic principles,strategic path,specific path and guarantee path.The basic requirements of sustainable development path are: five strategic requirements:taking health promotion as the purpose,student development as the core,competition rules as the criterion,scientific training as the guarantee,and national policy as the guidance.Basic principles of sustainable development path: This paper investigates the principles of equality,voluntalism,green and good faith in the Civil Code.According to the results,the principles of fairness,voluntalism and green are incorporated into the sustainable development principles of CUBAL second-level League.By combining the principles of sustainable development with the principles of the Civil Code,it puts forward: The principle of fairness and justice,the principle of autonomy of will,the principle of green process,the principle of public order and good custom,the principle of coordination of the five principles of development.Analysis of sustainable development strategy path: taking the school as the main position,promoting the idea of sports education integration and basketball socialization process,taking the government and policies as the guidance,taking the market demand as the guidance,providing multiple competition environment,building the superstructure of "Sports Law" as the program,developing sports and other four strategic paths.Concrete path analysis of sustainable development: building campus basketball culture,developing campus sports culture;Implementation of linear and matrix organization;Try a diversified format;Carry out regional star events,build star players,build relevant event brands around players,and expand funding channels;Try to develop the guest-host competition system;Strengthen site construction;Use multiple publicity channels;Implement high level docking with CUBAL;Pay attention to guiding the innovation construction of sports talent construction.Analysis of sustainable development guarantee path: extend the schedule scheduling time,extend the schedule time,change the competition system,improve the
