Study On The Sustainable Development Of CUBL Basketball League

CUBL basketball league as the group of sunshine sports background and geared to the needs of ordinary university students in college basketball tournament,CUBL basketball league has received extensive attention from all walks of life.CUBL League of the sustainable development will not only improve the influence of sunshine sports movement in colleges,but also on the China University Basketball Games to promote role.In this study the use of literature,expert interviews,questionnaires and other methods,to the necessity of CUBL League sustainable development and through the CUBL league between CUBA and CUBS basketball development present situation analysis.On this basis,referring to the current management mode of college basketball game in our country,this paper puts forward the path of the sustainable development of the CUBL League:(1)CUBL League and the CUBA League,the cubs are the same as by the head of the Federation of university sports of China,with a system under the item of the same college sports are for the development of college basketball,CUBL League for improving physical quality of students and to develop lifelong physical education sport interest and habit,and the ultimate goal of Cuba and Cubs is high-quality students basketball reserve personnel training.(2)The sunlight sports development situation is not optimistic,there are anticlimactic phenomenon,and management departments lack in Colleges and universities to carry out the supervision of the sunlightsports activities.(3)CUBL Basketball League for the students in Colleges and Universities Basketball League,to many popular basketball students a cast of basketball talent platform,CUBL League as Sunny Sport in Colleges and universities in the implementation of a specific content,from the provincial trials until national tournament CUBL League will be more affected by the attention of ordinary students.(4)CUBL league management system is not perfect,the organization structure is not perfect,only the men’s competition,lack of integrity,from the first race held can be seen CUBL League has not yet fully formed their own characteristics and League CUBL lack of publicity,the part of the coach and the school is not to understand the real CUBL League,to participate in the League CUBL not attention,through field.(5)CUBL League of the format is relatively fixed,small number of game,density is not reasonable,without considering the particularity of team identity,from the point of view of athletes training management,coaches for training time,there is no scientific and systematic arrangement,most schools coaches take before the game the temporary team training,in training did not consider the conflict between study and training of the team,management system lack scientific arrangement.(6)CUBL League coaches most by the young age of sports teachers as the vast most coaches are graduated from colleges and universities sports.No professional team training experience,they have good professional theory knowledge and higher education,but in on-the-spot guidance ability also have professional background in the team’s coaches have a certain gap.
