In the information society,data is everywhere.Collecting,sorting and analyzing data to obtain useful information has become a skill that modern citizens must master.To evaluate the development level of senior high school students’ data analysis literacy and clarify the current situation of senior high school students’ data analysis literacy is not only a matter of concern to the majority of educators,but also a measure of whether the core literacy of students’mathematics discipline meets the requirements of ’General High School Mathematics Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition and 2020 Revision)’,thus providing reference for teachers to improve students’ data analysis literacy in teaching.Based on the above background,three research questions are proposed:(1)the current situation of data analysis literacy of senior high school students;(2)the main factors that affect the data analysis literacy of senior high school students;(3)the specific methods and strategies to cultivate and improve the data analysis literacy of senior high school students.This study is based on the’General High School Mathematics Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition and 2020 Revision)’ on the four aspects of data analysis literacy and the three level division standards,referring to the existing research at home and abroad,and following its evaluation framework construction ideas,constructs the high school students’ data analysis literacy level evaluation framework,and prepares the test questions.Select X Senior High School in Jinzhou City,take the sophomore students of the school as the research object,investigate the current situation of senior high school students’ data analysis literacy level by issuing and retrieving test papers,analyze the influencing factors of senior high school students’ data analysis literacy level in combination with the contents of student questionnaires and teacher interviews,and propose the cultivation strategies of senior high school students’ data analysis literacy level based on the analysis results.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The senior high school students perform generally in the level of data analysis literacy,basically reaching the second level,basically meeting the requirements of selecting talents for the college entrance examination.Among the four dimensions,the ability to analyze data is the best,the ability to collect data and infer data are average,and the ability to sort data is poor.(2)There is no significant difference between the development level of senior high school students’ data analysis literacy and gender,but there is significant difference between them and liberal arts and science elective subjects.Science students’ data analysis literacy level is significantly higher than that of liberal arts students.(3)High school students’data analysis literacy level is affected by three aspects.The three aspects are specifically divided into:student factor,teacher factor and environmental factor.Among them,the teacher factor has the greatest impact on the data analysis literacy level of high school students.(4)We should improve senior high school students’ data analysis literacy from multiple perspectives.First,cultivate students’ data awareness;Second,improve students’ mastery of statistical knowledge;Third,pay attention to the guidance of students in data analysis methods;Fourth,improve teachers’ own level;Fifthly,teachers attach importance to statistical case teaching in the classroom;Sixth,give full play to the advantages of information technology;Seventh,create a good atmosphere for cultivating the level of data analysis literacy.
