In the context of the revitalization of the knowledge economy,the school’s role as a participant in the education market competition has become increasingly prominent.The school-running concept with profound cultural connotation is the soul of the school’s development,which can help the school build its unique competitiveness.As the foundation stage of basic education,preschool education should establish a clear concept of kindergarten to guide the reform of the kindergarten.Its development includes not only the formulation of the idea text,but also the matching of the idea implementation.Therefore,the Model Kindergarten of kindergarten elite is selected to play its radiating role and provide demonstration carriers to provide high-quality education services for parents,society and the country.This study focuses on the "concept of kindergarten",and relies on Shanghai as the research background of preschool education highland,and analyzes the formulation of 75 demonstration kindergartens in Shanghai from three aspects: word frequency characteristics,value orientation and expression form.On this basis,based on typicality and representativeness,Shanghai S Demonstration kindergarten was selected as the case study object,the matching of its concept implementation was investigated,its excellent experience and existing problems were summarized,and then the reference enlightenment for the design and implementation of the concept of running a kindergarten was proposed,in order to provide optimization ideas for other kindergartens.The study found that the concept of 75 demonstration kindergartens in Shanghai presents multiple value orientations,which meets the needs of the times and shows the deep roots of humanistic concepts in the field of education.Therefore,it is particularly important to analyze the matching of the concept of kindergarten.On this basis,we found that the excellent experience is mainly manifested in the following aspects: Firstly,the concept of kindergarten and related concepts are clearly defined and closely linked to form an organic whole;the concept of kindergarten embodies multiple values and is conducive to the implementation of quality training.Secondly,based on the concept of kindergarten,avoid one-sided development of characteristic construction;Take the idea of running a kindergarten as the condensation point to create a kindergarten environment that meets the standards of children;Guided by the concept of kindergarten,explore a new path for in-depth cooperation among families,parks and communities.The main problems are as follows: Firstly,Teachers’ understanding of the concept of kindergarten needs to be deepened;Secondly,The resource utilization rate of regional environment needs to be improved;Thirdly,The guarantee system for improving teachers’ sense of identity needs to be improved.The proposed reference and enlightenment are as follows:Firstly,rooted in the soil of practice,providing fertile soil for the optimization of ideas;Clarify the development orientation and highlight the concept leading value;Gather group wisdom to realize the unity of knowledge and practice.Secondly,the director should be the first to promote and improve the concept identification;Perfect the system and ensure the implementation of the concept;Give full play to the value of teachers and externalize the essence of ideas;Explore environmental design and carry the spirit of ideas;Deepen the curriculum research and highlight the concept characteristics;Pay attention to multi-dimensional systems and promote the integration of ideas.
