In recent years,with the opening up pf the two-child policy,the quantity of children in kindergartens and the number of private kindergartens are increasing,therefore,nowadays,private kindergartens have become one of the main forces of preschool education in China.In the general system of public kindergartens and private kindergartens,private kindergartens account for about 60% to 80% of the total number of kindergartens and the proportion of public kindergartens is around 20% to 40% of the whole system.This shows the large number of private kindergartens and the importance of status.The development of private kindergartens is related to the development of preschool education in China and the quality of private kindergartens is in connection with the overall quality of preschool education in our country.The idea of establishing the kindergartens is the general guiding ideology,the spiritual essence,and the leader of the development of the kindergarten.To determine the concept of establish a kindergarten is the need of kindergarten development.At present,the quality of kindergarten development requires the guidance of kindergarten philosophy.Only by taking the concept of establish the kindergartens as the soul of the kindergarten,the overall behavior of the kindergarten will have consciousness and purpose,and then can further develop.Therefore,it is particularly urgent for private kindergartens to explore a characteristic development path that not only conforms to the development law of preschool education,but also can be recognized by parents and society,and can use advanced theories without being divorced from reality to form the kindergarten management philosophy.However,the high-quality private kindergartens are favored and affirmed by the society because of their unique advantages such as the scientific of establish the kindergartens,the flexibility of establish the schools and the diversification of the curriculum.Therefore,the analysis and summary of the idea of the establish high-quality private kindergarten and the systematic research not only can help to deepen the understanding of itself,but also can form their own idea of establishing other private kindergartens at all levels.What's more,it also provides reference and guidance for sustainable development and then enrich the high-quality privatekindergarten management concept of the case study.Taking S private kindergarten in Xiamen as a case study,this paper focuses on the theme of the idea of establish the kindergarten,and mainly adopts the research methods such as literature method,interview method,case method and observation method to conduct in-depth analysis,and then have a discussion on the idea and practice of establish the private kindergarten in Xiamen city.The paper is divided into four parts: the first part includes the first chapter and the second chapter,which mainly explains the reason,purpose and significance of the research,related research review and research design.The second part is the third chapter of the article,which mainly introduces S kindergarten the introduction of the kindergarten leader,the reason for the establishment of the kindergarten,the thought process and the basic information of S kindergarten.The third part is the fourth chapter combine with the fifth chapter,which is also the focus of this study.It mainly from the practical level of kindergarten to the idea of establishing a comprehensive analysis.The fourth chapter deeply analyzes the embodiment of the concept of establish S kindergarten in the practice and life of the kindergarten,which is mainly from the kindergarten environment,curriculum construction,rule construction and other aspects.The fifth chapter mainly through the life of children,teachers and home between some cases to describe the analysis,to reflect the concept of establish a kindergarten in its life.The fourth part is the sixth chapter.Chapter six summarizes and analyzes the concept of establish private kindergartens in Xiamen and provides some enlightenment for the improvement of the concept of establish private kindergartens at all levels.
