Kindergarten teachers’ professional ethics refers to the professional activities of the kindergarten teachers in dealing with a variety of relationships, in order to safeguard the reputation of the professional bodies and must abide by a set of objective moral code of conduct, the study of this specification is not just limited to the rules and regulations formulation, more importantly, is a the individual subjective process concerned with objective moral law. Mainland China early childhood education industry has not yet formed a unified kindergarten teachers ’professional code of ethics, while the existing kindergarten homemade grassroots norms affect the attitudes and behavior of kindergarten teachers’ professional ethics. Based on this, the study investigated the status is first of all from the kindergarten teachers individual’s moral law the subjective status in the beginning, through the (concept) and behavior of their own understanding of the ethical norms on standardized direct execution-kindergarten teachers the confused survey, found that the current problems in the construction of kindergarten teachers’ professional ethics, combined with interviews of teachers found that the reason for the existence of the problem, and gives recommendations. This article focuses on a survey of the status of ethics all levels of the status quo and norms of practice, in order to provide a reference for the current kindergarten teachers’ professional ethics construction.This study used questionnaire, interviews, documentary research, text analysis. By combing the literature text, put forward the idea of the study. Mainly through homemade kindergarten teachers’ professional ethics and behavior questionnaire and kindergarten teachers’ professional code of ethics status questionnaire of212kindergarten Zhejiang Province, more than a dozen cities and counties from kindergarten questionnaires after the purpose of the selected part of the kindergarten teachers conducted supplementary interviews, The final conclusion is as follows:First, the overall score of the kindergarten teachers’ professional ethics is high, in dealing with the various relationships, kindergarten teachers know what to do and what not to do, they have the correct concept, with good ethical sensitivity.
