| Objective: Deeply explore the similarities and differences of MCI exercise therapy research at home and abroad,sum up the influence of various exercise regulatory variables on the overall cognitive function of MCI elderly,and on this basis,obtain enlightenment beneficial to the development of MCI exercise therapy research in China.Methods:(1)Using the visual analysis of knowledge map,this paper explores the research hotspots in the field of MCI exercise therapy at home and abroad,and summarizes the similarities and differences of their research by using content analysis and comparative analysis,so as to further explore the reasons for their formation.(2)Meta-analysis was made on the randomized controlled experiment of MCI exercise therapy,and the effects of diagnostic criteria,exercise form,total exercise cycle,exercise intensity,exercise frequency and duration of single exercise on the intervention effect were discussed.Research results:(1)The research focus of MCI exercise therapy in China focuses on aerobic exercise,traditional physical exercise and executive function,and explores the influence of aerobic exercise,Tai Ji Chuan,Baduanjin and other exercises on cognitive function of MCI elderly people,especially executive function;The research focus of MCI exercise therapy abroad focuses on the correlation between MCI and AD,the effect and mechanism of MCI exercise intervention,and the evaluation and screening of MCI cognitive function.(2)The common point of domestic and foreign studies is to pay attention to the research on the effect of aerobic exercise on MCI cognitive function,and the gap lies in three aspects: research content,research methods and esearch focus.(3)The results of meta-analysis show that the effect of exercise on the overall cognitive function of the elderly with MCI is SMD=0.93,which reaches a large effect and has statistical significance;The intervention effects of other exercise regulatory variables are in the order of exercise form,total exercise period,exercise frequency >single exercise duration > diagnostic criteria > exercise intensity.For more than 16 weeks,3-5 times a week,35-50 minutes each time,moderate-intensity comprehensive exercise forms and aerobic exercise forms have the best intervention effect on cognitive function of MCI elderly people.(4)By visual analysis and meta-analysis,the benefits of fitness therapy for Chinese seniors with mild cognitive impairment are as follows: Accelerate the development of a system for screening for cognitive impairment and increase community screening coverage.Increase problem-orientation.Encourage theoretical innovation in practice.Deepen the interaction of sports and medicine.Create a platform for exchanging exercise recommendations for people with mild cognitive impairment.Research conclusions and suggestions:(1)The core content of MCI exercise therapy research in China is to explore the intervention effect,the research method is relatively simple,the research focus tends to macro,showing strong concentration and specificity;Foreign research focuses on the relationship between MCI and AD,the research on the effect and mechanism of exercise intervention,and the evaluation and screening research.The research methods are combined with biogenetics and imaging,and the research hotspots tend to be microscopic,showing interdisciplinary characteristics.(2)Differences between local and international research on MCI exercise therapy include less coverage,a more constrained approach,and a lack of autonomous motivation in domestic studies.One component is the local and global environment,and the other is the difference between local and foreign study viewpoints,with the former being tilted toward macro level and the latter toward micro level.(3)Aerobic,comprehensive,physical and mental exercises benefit elderly with MCI’s cognitive function.However,little research has been conducted on resistance exercise,and its effects require further verification.Meta-analysis results’ heterogeneity stems from the participants’ heterogeneity,varying diagnostic criteria,and methodological design of different exercise forms during implementation.(4)To accelerate the internet-based system for screening cognitive impairment in the community,identifying mild cognitive impairment early and determining when to intervene will be easier.It is crucial to improve the transformation of scientific research findings into practical applications and strengthen the direction of scientific research.Personalizing exercise recommendations for mild cognitive impairment and enhancing the precision and efficacy of exercise therapy will require a thorough fusion of sports and medicine. |
