Research purposes: At present,obesity has become an important health problem in China.Sports and weight loss has been carried out in full swing in China,which has accumulated a lot of research results,but also generated a lot of information.The purpose of this paper is to use information visualization analysis and meta-analysis to dig and analyze the research on weight loss in China,and to reveal the evolution of this field,the frontier of research hot spots and the validity of hot spot results.It is of great significance to summarize the existing research information,to follow-up research,to establish exercise prescriptions and to provide new exploration perspectives and evidence support for solving obesity problems.Research methods: This study firstly analyzed 1452 literatures in the field of sports and weight loss in China from 1986 to 2019 by using the knowledge map software Cite Space 5.0.R1,and obtained corresponding results.Then,according to the results of research hot spots,Rev Man5.3 software was used to conduct relevant meta-analysis of research hot spots,which was included in the literature 13.In this paper,the total sample size of 255 cases in the experimental group and 241 cases in the control group was studied.The risk of literature deviation was low,but there was some heterogeneity.Thus,the effects of aerobic exercise on body mass index,body fat rate,waist-to-hip ratio,total cholesterol,triglycerides,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were obtained.Research results:1)The amount of papers published in the study of exercise weight loss in China has a fluctuating upward trend with time,which is divided into three stages: the initial development period from 1986 to 2002,the rapid growth period from 2003 to 2009,and the mature promotion period from 2010 to 2019.The research high-frequency institutions and highfrequency authors are mainly represented by the research team of Chen Wenhe of Shanghai Institute of Physical Education and Shanghai Institute of Physical Education.The overall distribution is relatively scattered and the cooperation is not close.The core focus of the study is aerobic exercise weight loss and exercise prescription.The study subjects are mainly college students and adolescents,and the test indicators are mainly body shape and fat metabolism.The overall evolution follows the overall to specific evolution process.2)The results of mean difference(MD),95% effect confidence interval(95% CL)and heterogeneity detection index I2 were as follows: BMI MD=1.36,95% CL was [0.76,1.96],P=0.00002<0.01,I2=42%;body fat rate MD=3.14,95% CL was [1.29,4.99],P=0.0009<0.01,I2=85%;waist-hip ratio MD=0.01,95% CL was [0.00,0.03],P=0.05,I2=47%;total cholesterol MD=0.40,95% CL was [0.13,0.67] P=0.004<0.01,I2=37%;triglyceride MD=0.16,95% CL was [0.01,0.31],P=0.04<0.05,I2=43%;high density lipoprotein MD=-0.07,95% CL was [-0.16,0.03],P=0.17>0.05,I2=0%;low density lipoprotein MD=0.21,95% CL was [0.09,0.33],P=0.0009<0.01,I2=28%.The results of aerobic exercise for 12 weeks and below were as follows: body mass index MD=1.09,95%CL[0.34,1.84];body fat rate MD=1.80,95%CL[0.61,2.98];waist-hip ratio MD=0.02,95%CL[0.02,waist-hip ratio MD=0.02,95%CL[0.00,0.03];total cholesterosterol MD=0.04,95%CL[-0.04,95%CL[-0.22,0.30];triglyceride MD=-0.02,95%CL[-0.02,95%CL[-0.17,0.13];high density lipoprotein MD=0.00,95%CL[-0.12,0.12];LDL MD=-0.02,95% CL was [-0.23,0.20].The results of aerobic exercise over 12 weeks were as follows: body mass index MD=1.67,95%CL[0.70,2.64];body fat rate MD=5.62,95%CL[2.17,9.07];waist-hip ratio=0.02,95%CL[-0.05,0.08];total cholesterol MD=0.68,95%CL[0.31,1.06];triglyceride MD=0.31,95%CL[0.31,95%CL[0.10,0.10,0.52];triglyceride MD=0.31,95%CL[0.10,10,0.52];high density lipoprotein MD=-0.20,95%CL=-0.20,36,-0.03];LDL MD=-0.30,95% CL [-0.16,-0.43].Research conclusions:1)The amount of research papers on Sports weight loss in China is fluctuating and increasing over time,and the cooperation between research institutions and personnel is relatively inconsistent.The core research focus in this field is on aerobic exercise weight loss and exercise prescriptions,with particular attention to the changes of body shape and fat metabolism of college students and adolescents.2)Overall aerobic exercise has a positive effect on improving body shape and fat metabolism disorders in obese people aged 13-24 years.It can significantly reduce BMI,body fat rate,total cholesterol content,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglyceride content in obese people aged 13-24 years,but has no significant effect on waist-hip ratio and high density lipoprotein cholesterol.However,the results of different training cycles were different.Aerobic exercise for 12 weeks or less had a significant effect on body shape,but had no significant effect on fat metabolism.Aerobic exercise over 12 weeks not only has a more significant effect on body shape,but also on fat metabolism.
