The Training Path And Optimization Strategy Of Basketball Referee In Higher Physical Education Institutions In China

In the era of rapid social,political and economic development,sports are also constantly developing,basketball has gradually integrated into the lives of the broad masses of the people.The popularity of basketball not only promotes the development of social economy,but also brings great opportunities and challenges to the development of basketball referee work.If a basketball match is to be completed smoothly,it depends to a great extent on the level of basketball referees and the level of comprehensive quality.The development of basketball referee team can also reflect the height of basketball development in a country and region.Therefore,if basketball can better realize the value of serving the country,society and people,we must put the training of basketball referees in the top priority.The student basketball referees in China’s higher physical education colleges are the reserve force of basketball referees and the main force in the professional development of basketball referees in China.At the same time,China’s higher physical education colleges have good teacher conditions and teaching resources.It is an important base for training basketball referees.Therefore,it is of practical and theoretical significance to study the training path and optimization strategy of basketball referees in sports colleges and universities in China.Taking the training path and optimization strategy of basketball referees in China’s higher physical education colleges as the research object,this paper investigates the basketball referees and basketball teachers of 14 college students in China.Through the investigation of the training path of basketball referees in China’s higher physical education colleges,the following conclusions are drawn:1.At present,there are mainly three training paths for basketball referees in higher physical education institutions in China: the training path of basketball courses,the training path of school basketball referees association and the practice training path of "competition instead of training".2.Characteristics of the three training paths: in the course training path,there are fewer hours set for referees,and the knowledge taught is relatively basic,and the practice mode is mainly intramural competition;The Basketball Referees Association provides more opportunities for off-campus practice and promotion;Under the training path of "competition instead of training",the students have solid basic skills and rich practical experience.3.Differences of the three training paths: student referees under the three training paths are different in terms of the mastery of referee knowledge,the level of officiating competition,and the degree of promotion of the level.Among them,the professional quality of student referees under the training path of "competition instead of practice" is the highest,followed by the Basketball Referees Association,and finally the training path of basketball courses.However,the audience group of the training path is the least,while the audience group of the training path of basketball course is the most.4.Problems existing in the training of student referees in higher physical education institutions in China: short course hours and single training content;Old teaching methods,low interest in learning;Students’ basic skills are not solid;Lack of judgment experience,poor psychological quality;The assessment and promotion and management system are not standardized,and the comprehensive quality of students is not high.5.Reasons for the problems in the training path of basketball referees in China’s higher physical education institutions: the school attaches low importance to it;Teachers go out training a few will be less;The motivation of some students to participate in the training of basketball referee is not pure.6.Strategies for optimizing the training path of basketball referees in higher physical education institutions: improving the orientation of training objectives;Perfecting the basketball referee teaching system: perfecting the management system,establishing the electronic files of referees;Optimize the assessment and promotion system;Increase publicity,improve visibility,cause to pay attention to the leadership;Strengthen the cooperation with the local basketball association,broaden the practice channel;Seek the policy support of the Basketball Association to provide logistical support for excellent referees.
