In the report of the National Council of directors of higher education in 2021,director Wu Yan of the Department of higher education of the Ministry of education pointed out that China’s higher education has entered a new era of comprehensive quality improvement and innovation,which puts forward higher requirements for China’s higher education and challenges the current situation of China’s higher education.Hitherto unknown,novel coronavirus pneumonia is not only an educational aspect,but also many industries are facing unprecedented challenges.It is the social responsibility of enterprises to cultivate applicable talents and help the teaching reform of colleges and universities.Under the background that the state vigorously promotes the integration of industry and education,the education mode of school enterprise cooperation is continuing to move forward in the exploration.Through school enterprise cooperation,we can realize the seamless connection between universities and industries.How to cooperate with enterprises still needs more universities and enterprises to find a more perfect methodology in practice.Taking the school enterprise cooperation project between Y company and cooperative colleges as the prototype,this thesis or dissertation makes an in-depth investigation on the school enterprise cooperation project of Y company by means of school enterprise teaching regular meeting,project Student Symposium,survey questionnaire and so on.At the same time,in order to understand the development of Y company’s main business in the region,it also conducted an overall investigation and Analysis on the current situation of industry salary,and became a research report.Through literature research and project reflection,this paper summarizes the typical problems existing in the school enterprise cooperation business of Y company,such as: Y company needs a more sound school enterprise cooperation training program;Policy support from the company’s management;Full time school enterprise cooperation project team,etc.With the help of relevant theoretical research and analysis of management,this paper puts forward optimization policies and safeguard measures for the existing problems of school enterprise cooperation business of Y company.In terms of safeguard measures,it is proposed to allocate personnel and invest resources at the key nodes of school enterprise cooperation project implementation.If company Y wants to make great progress in the direction of school enterprise cooperation,it needs to formulate relevant strategic plans and explore a methodology more suitable for the business development of school enterprise cooperation of company Y when ensuring the high-quality output of existing projects.
