The integration of industry and education,together with school-enterprise cooperation,has played an important role in constructing and improving its system.As the development deepens,some issues have begun to attract people's attention,including the industry-education integration in local places for vocation education,school-enterprise cooperation policy.In view of the industry—education integration and school-enterprise cooperation in Vocational education,Yunnan Province has constantly put forward corresponding measures to promote its development in the relevant policies.However,there are still some problems in general,such as the low degree of integration and the shallow level of cooperation.Therefore,starting from the policy content itself,this study analyzes and studies the policy content of integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation of Vocational Education in Yunnan Province.Firstly,through collecting and analyzing the policy texts related to the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation of Vocational Education in Yunnan Province,this study considers that the evolution of the policy content has experienced three stages(initial exploration,rapid development and innovative development),and summarizes its characteristics of development from the aspects of policy objectives,policy measures and development path.Secondly,based on the theory of educational policy content analysis,stakeholder theory and innovation synergy theory,this paper constructs an analytical policy framework of Yunnan vocational education integration of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation,which mainly includes the analysis of the targets,objects and measures of policy.According to the research,the main problems of the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation policy in Yunnan vocational education include:(1)There are some problems in policy targets,such as ambiguity of their different stages and improper elevation of policy targets;(2)There are some problems in the policy objects,such as the absence of the main body and the ambiguity of the main body's rights and responsibilities.(3)Policy measures need to be expanded,some of them are not operable,some of them need to be improved,and some of them need to be perfected.Finally,according to the main problems,the corresponding optimization suggestions are put forward:(1)in terms of policy targets,clarify the stages of the targets and establish reasonable targets;(2)in terms of policy objects,improve the choice of the objects and clarify the relationship between the rights and responsibilities of the policy objects;(3)in terms of policy measures,innovate policy measures,improve the operability of policy measures,and improve policy safeguard measures and health care.
