| Taking the Internet technology as the carrier,it was increasingly popular among teachers and students to web-delivery for elaborate courses.At the National Vocational Education Work Conference in April 2021,it was explicitly proposed to vigorously promote the comprehensive education model of "Job Course Competition Certificate Integration" and improve the quality of talent cultivation.However,there were still some problems in the integration of "Job Course Competition Certificate" in traditional courses,such as the lack of close integration of course content,the lack of prominent principal line of curriculum ideology and politics,insufficient integration of the "Reform of the Three Teachings",and the inability to effectively meet students’ expectations in course evaluation.In order to better adapt to the integration requirements of "Job Course Competition and Certification" and making the courses more diverse,the development of web-delivery for elaborate courses to traditional courses was an online upgrade.Combining the characteristics of web-delivery for elaborate courses and taking Internet Plus Marketing Practice as an example,this paper focused on the development of web-delivery for elaborate courses in secondary vocational schools.On the basis of consulting the policy documents of vocational education reform and a large number of literature,this paper analyzed the present situation integrated with "Job Course Competition Certificate" and the curriculum development of secondary vocational schools,defined the core concepts,established the theoretical basis,clarified the development ideas and proposed the research plan.By means of field interviews,the job requirements of the companies were analyzed.Using questionnaire surveys,the existing problems of "Job Course Competition Certificate Integration" in marketing and sales courses were found in vocational schools.Through the preliminary research,it was found that there were problems with the integration of "Job Course Competition Certificate" in traditional courses,and the reasons for those problems were analyzed.The necessity and ideas for the integration of "Job Course Competition Certificate Integration" were explored,providing key data support for the development steps on "Job Course Competition Certificate Integration" of web-delivery for elaborate courses.By way of analyzing the current situation of traditional courses,the problems were found in the integration of "Job Course Competition Certificate".Based on theories such as Constructivism,Systematized Work-Process and Ability as the Key Factor,the development of web-delivery for elaborate courses integrated with "Job Course Competition Certificate" could be carried out in "Four Steps".They were "the content ’four dimensional integration’ of the ’job course competition certification’-the main line ’one thought integration’ of the curriculum ideology and politics-the method ’three types of reform’ of the teaching-the assessment ’diversified empowerment’ of the curriculum evaluation".In addition,in order to better adapt to the integration requirements of "Job Course Competition Certificate",and also to upgrade traditional marketing courses,we developed the web-delivery for elaborate courses "Internet plus Marketing Practice".According to the famous course theorist Ralph W.Tyler,the development of the course could be carried out from the determination of course objectives,the reconstruction of course content,the design of course implementation,and the formulation of course assessment.Apply the "Four Steps" that integrated with "Job Course Competition Certificate" to the four stages of course development.The course objectives was to meet the common requirements of "Job Course Competition Certification Integration" based on the course standards.The course content included reconstructing the content based on typical work tasks and determined the course development framework.The curriculum implementation design mainly achieved teaching objectives through a combination of online and offline blended teaching.Finally,it carried out the assessment of "Knowledge Increment,Capability Appreciation,and Enjoying Learning" to promote the comprehensive development of students.The results of this paper indicated that the web-delivery for elaborate courses integrated with "Job Course Competition Certificate" had achieved good implementation outcomes.The course objectives and preparation evaluation,the course implementation process evaluation,and the course implementation effectiveness evaluation had all been well recognized by students,experts,and teachers.On the other hand,the course also enhanced students’ professional abilities and cultivated their practical skills.The innovation of the research mainly lay in the innovation of curriculum development concepts,integrated with "Job Course Competition Certificate" as the starting point and used web-delivery for elaborate courses as the carrier.By combining both of them for curriculum development,traditional marketing and sales courses are revitalized.The courses had good teaching effects,which could provide reference for web-delivery for elaborate courses integrated with "Job Course Competition Certificate". |
