| With the development of the economy and the upgrading of the logistics industry,enterprises in the logistics industry have put forward higher level of skill standards and professional quality requirements for talents.There is a gap between the logistics professionals trained by secondary vocational schools and the post standards of enterprises.The launch of the "1+X" certificate system connects academic certificates with vocational skill level certificates and encourages students to actively take multiple vocational skill certificates,which is of great significance for promoting the development of students’ comprehensive vocational ability and the high-quality development of vocational education.As the core course of logistics major,Warehousing Operation Practice is also an important subject in certificate examination.In order to adapt to the development of economy and society and the change of vocational education policy,the teaching reform of Warehousing Operation Practice in secondary vocational schools is imperative.Taking logistics major of A secondary vocational school as the research object,this study uses questionnaire survey,interview and classroom observation to understand the teaching status of Warehousing Operation Practice in secondary vocational school.It finds that there are some problems in the teaching,such as the low integration degree of course content and job post,and the traditional teaching methods are not deeply embedded in students’ hearts,leading to students’ lack of initiative in learning.Based on constructivism and mastering learning theory,under the background of the new requirements of "1+X" certificate system for logistics major in secondary vocational schools,guided by the concept of "three education"(" teaching thinking,teaching experience,teaching expression "),the research constructs the teaching design of "Warehousing Operation Practice" course and certificate integration in secondary vocational schools,and strives to integrate the course content with the logistics management vocational skills certificate to carry out teaching practice.Through the analysis of after-class interviews and classroom observations between teachers and students,the results show that under the guidance of "three education",the teaching design of "Warehousing Operation Practice" course "integration of class certificate" in secondary vocational schools plays a positive role in improving students’ vocational ability and cultivating their core qualities.First,the vocational skills certificate is integrated into the course teaching,which improves students’ knowledge and skills,lays a foundation for the subsequent examination of certificates,and enhances their employability.Second,the concept of "Three Education" guides students to "think,do and speak boldly" in class,promotes the cultivation of critical thinking ability,practical ability and expression ability,and continuously enhances students’ core qualities. |
