In recent years,Ministry of education of China departments pay more attention to the education of deaf-mute children year by year.In view of the characteristics of this group,General Administration of Sport has continuously reformed and adjusted the direction and content of the physical education activities for deaf and mute children.And cheerleading movement as a kind of rapid rise of sports projects,in recent years,relying on music accompaniment and teamwork to complete arrangement good technical action,so as to cheer for the players,show their youth charm,win the purpose of team sense of honor,effectively improve learners’ physical health and mental health level,physical health and mental health level is also the embodiment of physical and mental health.At present,there are few studies on the physical and mental health impact of cheerleading on special groups,especially deaf children.Research objectives:Starting from the physical and mental health of deaf and mute children,this paper intervenes with cheerleading exercise to explore the impact of cheerleading exercise on the physical and mental health of deaf and mute children,aiming to provide a new development path to improve their physical and mental health,and also add some new content and thinking for the healthy growth of deaf and mute children.Research Methods:This study mainly uses experimental method and questionnaire survey to teach 60 deaf children into two groups.One group(experimental group)conducts cheerleading exercises to test the physical health indexes and mental health indexes;the other group(control group)conducts general physical education to test the physical health indexes,and compare the test indexes with the physical health test indexes of Zhangye healthy students(ordinary group).In addition,before and after the experiment,the experimental group conducted psychological questionnaires to test their mental health level.In the questionnaire experiment,2×2 experiments were designed,and the independent variables were cheerleading exercise and general physical education teaching,and the dependent variable was the physical and mental health changes of the students after taking the test.Research results: After 12 weeks of experimental teaching,the control group of lung capacity,50 m 8 run,jump rope,three indicators have significant difference(P<0.05),experimental group learning cheerleading after the index also presents significant difference(P <0.05),and experimental students sit-ups,jump rope skipping,sitting body forward flexion index also beyond the average value of Zhangye pupils.The psychological indicators of the experimental group all showed very significant differences(P <0.01),and their mental health status became better.It shows that after the cheerleading training,the physical health test indicators and psychological conditions of deaf and mute children show an upward trend.Conclusion:(1)Cheerleading exercise can effectively promote deaf children’s sit-ups,lung capacity,50 meters 8 round running,one minute skipping,sitting body forward flexion five physical indicators,and physical indicators reflect the physical health level,indicating that cheerleading exercise can effectively improve the physical health level of deaf children;(2)Cheerleading exercise can effectively improve students’ interpersonal skills,To enhance their beauty,Improve your own self-confidence,Promoting their mental health;(3)Special schools should add cheerleading to the physical education teaching plan for deaf-mute children aged 10-14 years old to enrich the physical education courses of deaf-mute children and improve their physical health level. |
