| Research purposes:This study aims to explore the impact of functional training on the physical fitness and FMS of tennis elective college student.Researchmethods:RandomlyselectedtennisboysinGuangdong Electromechanical Vocational and Technical College as the survey object.Two tennis classes were taken,and the functional training tennis class was used as the experimental group.The regular tennis class was used as the control group,with 41students in each class.The intervention time was 18 weeks and once a week.The control group only performed regular tennis teaching without other interventions;the experimental group was replaced with 25 minutes of functional training in the regular tennis teaching preparation,including trunk strength,gluteus maximus activation exercise,rapid telescopic compound exercise,and nerve activation exercises.,dynamic stretching exercises and auxiliary exercises six aspects in total.Subjects were subjected to Functional Movement Screen(FMS)and physical fitness tests before and after the test,and tennis skills tests were performed after the test.Continuous data after normality test,paired sample t test was used for comparison with the same group,Independent sample t test was used for comparison between groups.The grade data were analyzed by chi-square test.p<0.05 was considered to be significant difference.Results:(1)Before the 18-week intervention,the independent sample t test was used for the scores of the experimental group and the control group,and the chi-square test was used for the distribution of the total scores.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).(2)Functional training after the intervention of the tennis class,the proportion of the action level scores of 2 points and 3 points increased,the proportion of the number of1 points decreased,and the score change after the 7-action intervention of the chi-square test were statistically available.Academic significance(p<0.001).(3)After 18 weeks of intervention,the functional training tennis course squat,overstep,shoulder flexibility,active leg lift and trunk stability push-ups were better than regular tennis lessons(p<0.01).(4)Functional training after the intervention of tennis class,the total score of FMS is less than 14 points,5%,14-16 points,44%,16 points or more,51%,and regular tennis lessons,total points below 14 points,68%,14-16The score was 32%,and 16 points accounted for 0%.The chi-square test results indicated that the two groups had statistically significant effects on the distribution of FMS total score.(x~2=44.340,p<0.001).2.Physical fitness test:(1)An independent sample t test was performed on the physical quality indicators of the test group and the control group before the intervention for 18 weeks.The results showed that there was no statistical difference between the two groups(p>0.05).(2)The three indexes of push-up,sitting position flexion and 20-meter reentry in 1 minute after regular tennis class intervention were higher than those before intervention(p<0.01).(3)1minute after functional intervention,the push-up support,standing long jump,sitting position flexion,meter running and 20-meter turn-back running were better than the pre-intervention test scores(p<0.01).(4)Compared with the regular tennis lessons and the functional training tennis lessons,the functional training tennis class increased the test scores after the intervention,such as standing long jump,sitting body flexion,rice running and 20 meters turning back(p<0.05).3.Tennis Skills:Functional Training after the intervention of the tennis class,the technical evaluation scores improved and were better than the regular tennis group after the functional training tennis lessons intervention(p<0.05).Research conclusions:1.Functional training tennis lessons and regular tennis lessons can achieve the goal of tennis lessons.Functional training tennis lessons have a more comprehensive impact on college students.From the perspective of the whole body,it improves physical fitness and basic athletic ability.Thereby strengthening the stability of the ball and the control of the ball,is conducive to improving the level of tennis skills of college students.2.Functional training Tennis lessons have a positive impact on the functional screening of college students.The flexibility,stability,flexibility,extensibility and stability of the multi-dimensionality of the trunks of the college students in the tennis elective course are more improved.Advantages,at the same time effectively improve the basic athletic ability of college students,improve functional exercise ability,and have a certain positive effect on the prevention of sports injuries.3.Regular tennis lessons and functional training tennis lessons have a positive effect on the strength,flexibility and endurance qualities of college students.Compared with the two,functional training has an advantage in improving the strength,flexibility,sensitivity and endurance quality of tennis elective students..4.Through the comparative study of functional training tennis lessons and regular tennis lessons,functional training tennis lessons are better than regular tennis lessons in physical fitness,functional motion screening and tennis skills.Therefore,in future courses,The combination of functional training and tennis lessons is feasible. |
