National defense sports is an organized and planned social practice sports activity aimed at strengthening the national defense reserve force construction.Through physical exercises,it aims to strengthen the national physical quality and physique,enhance national defense awareness,improve national military defense skills,hone the quality of will,and enrich the amateur sports and cultural life.The state has issued a series of policies,laws and documents to advocate that students in colleges and universities receive necessary national defense education in the form of national defense physical education.However,at present,the development of national defense physical education in colleges and universities lacks teaching materials specifically to guide national defense physical activities,and some of the teaching contents are just copied from the contents of military training,with old-fashioned organization methods and rigid training contents.It did not take into account the age of the adaptation group,and insufficient updating and improvement resulted in insufficient adaptability,which did not play the role of national defense education due to the curriculum.Based on this,the construction of national defense physical education teaching content in colleges and universities needs to be improved.National defense sports is an important part of national defense education in colleges and universities.The construction of national defense physical education teaching content in colleges and universities is helpful for colleges and universities to practice and implement relevant national defense education laws and documents and students’ national defense education training requirements.To construct the teaching content of national defense physical education in colleges and universities optimized to match the physiological and psychological characteristics of contemporary college students,enrich the teaching content of national defense physical education and the theoretical research results in college national defense physical education,and promote the construction of national defense physical education discipline and the development of national defense physical education in colleges and universities.At the same time,it will help to form a positive atmosphere for national defense sports research,promote the holding of relevant academic research and forums,and let more scholars understand and invest in the research of national defense sports work.In addition,national defense physical education is helpful to enhance students’ physical quality,hone students’ will and quality,enhance patriotism,reserve national defense reserve talents for the country,reduce the pressure of troops entering universities for national defense education,and conform to the reform and development trend of national defense education.This study takes the teaching content of national defense physical education in colleges and universities as the research object,and constructs the teaching content of national defense physical education in colleges and universities by using various research methods,such as literature data method,interview method,Delphi method and mathematical statistics method.It is expected that through literature data collation and expert interview results,To solve the construction basis,construction principle,theoretical basis and other issues of national defense physical education teaching content construction in colleges and universities.According to the principle and basis of national defense physical education teaching content construction in colleges and universities,and on the basis of the existing literature collation and expert interview opinions,the teaching content at all levels is initially selected.Finally,the data results of two rounds of expert questionnaires are issued,recycled and sorted out.The average score and standard deviation of importance are taken as the basis for screening and revising the teaching content to determine the final teaching content of national defense physical education in colleges and universities.The results show that:(1)The construction of national defense physical education teaching content in colleges and universities is based on the characteristics of national defense physical education programs,students’ own development needs for national defense physical education programs and the physiological and psychological characteristics of contemporary college students;The construction of teaching content should follow four basic principles: scientific principle,systematic principle,developmental principle and measurable principle.At the same time,the construction of teaching content should refer to the theoretical basis of national defense education theory,military sports theory and national defense reserve force theory.(2)The construction of national defense physical education teaching content in colleges and universities consists of two parts: theoretical knowledge and practical skills.The theoretical knowledge includes five categories: overview of national defense sports,knowledge of national defense sports and health care,three regulations,knowledge of weapons and equipment,and knowledge of protection and rescue,which are subordinate to 13 third-level teaching contents and 32 fourth-level teaching contents.Practical skills include eight categories: formation movement,weapon use,basic movements of individual tactics,basic combat,medical rescue,safety protection,comprehensive drill,and field survival skills,which subordinate 25 third-level teaching contents and 48 fourth-level teaching contents.Finally,the teaching content of national defense physical education in colleges and universities is determined,which consists of 2 first-level teaching contents,13 second-level teaching contents,38third-level teaching contents and 80 fourth-level teaching contents.
