| The 20 th Party Congress will be education,science and technology,talent as a comprehensive construction of socialist modernization of the country’s basic,strategic support.The competition between countries in today’s world is ultimately the competition of talents,and talents are the cornerstone of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the key to winning international competition.As the main field and cradle of educating people,colleges and universities are responsible for cultivating talents for the country,and how to cultivate a group of high-quality talents is a problem that colleges and universities need to solve.The strategic,programmatic and leading characteristics of the new development concept are good guidance for leading the improvement of talent cultivation quality.In this background,this paper uses literature method,field survey method,case study method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method to study the cultivation objectives,cultivation specifications,curriculum setting,educational practice and cultivation evaluation of physical education majors in two universities in Tianjin.The following conclusions were drawn: the objectives are clear but it is difficult to meet the needs of talent cultivation in the new era;the specifications cover a comprehensive range of elements but cannot highlight the school’s own characteristics;the curriculum structure is rigorous but cannot meet the needs of students’ learning and development;the internship is reasonable but not coordinated with the development of digitalization in the new era;the cultivation evaluation system is Based on this,the following suggestions are made: cultivate excellent sports talents in line with the characteristics of the times;continuously improve the specification content to highlight the characteristics of the school;make full use of teaching resources to meet the needs of students;optimize the internship mode to improve the quality of talent training;improve the diversified and dynamic evaluation system of talent training. |
