The release of the Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Physical Education and Promoting the Healthy Development of Adolescents and the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education in the New Era marked the beginning of the physical education reform in China’s high school entrance examination.Since then,the provincial and municipal education departments have carried out discussions and formulated local sports reform policies,which naturally caused widespread public concern and discussion.In today’s highly developed Internet,the public is more inclined to express their views on the reform policy of high school entrance examination on the network platform.Based on this,under the guidance of stakeholder theory and emotional ABC theory,this study collects,processes and analyzes the network texts discussing the reform policy of high school entrance examination sports on Zhihu and Weibo network platforms by using literature method,network text mining method,grounded theory and network text analysis method,in order to explore the public perception of the reform policy of high school entrance examination sports.This paper reveals the public’s concerns and emotional tendencies on the reform policy of high school entrance examination,explores the problems existing in the implementation process of the reform policy,provides reference and reference for relevant departments to formulate,implement and improve the reform policy of high school entrance examination physical education,and provides theoretical guidance and research materials for enhancing the physical health of young people and strengthening the reform and development of school physical education evaluation system.The research results show that the reform policy is an important guarantee to promote the physical health of teenagers,and an important measure to improve the phenomenon of "exam-oriented" in the senior high school entrance examination.In the public perception of the reform policy,according to the reference points and proportion from high to low,they are: students,policy formulation,schools,social environment,parents,policy implementation,natural environment;In terms of the emotional tendency of the public perception of the reform policy of the high school entrance examination,the neutral emotional tendency is the main one,the negative emotional tendency is the second to question the reform policy of the high school entrance examination,and the positive emotional tendency is the least to agree with the implementation of the reform policy.In the system of public perception of PE reform policy,it mainly focuses on the scoring standards,the setting of examination items and PE scores,the use of high technology to the setting of examination rooms,educational supervision,and the implementation process of policies.In the main body of the public perception of the PE reform policy,it mainly focuses on the scientific literacy of parents themselves,the parenting style of children,the pressure of parents to raise children,the academic pressure of students,the interest of students in physical education,the difference of students’ physical quality,the teaching arrangement of schools,the professional quality and treatment of PE teachers,after-school sports training,and school sports competitions.In the public perception environment of the reform policy,the main concern is the impact of sports environment and regional differences on students’ physical exercise;Based on the fact that the PE reform policy is an important measure to enhance the physical health of teenagers and promote the quality of school PE teaching,it is necessary to promote the effective implementation of the PE reform policy from the aspects of strengthening media publicity and policy interpretation,rationally designing the PE examination items,perfecting the school PE competition system,promoting education equity and strictly implementing education supervision. |
