| "Education that the people are satisfied with" is not only the long-term goal of the Party and the state for the development of education,but also the value orientation of carrying out the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and educating people.As an important part of the "double reduction" policy,after-school service is of great significance to students,parents and the society.The Party and the government attach great importance to the development of after-school service,in recent years,the development of after-school service in our country has achieved some success,but there are still some problems,where there is inconsistent situation of after-school service,relatively lack of evaluation research.Therefore,it is particularly important to conduct evaluation research based on the implementation status of after-school services.As one of the groups directly benefiting from after-school services,parents’ satisfaction affects the effect of after-school services and is also an important indicator to measure the effectiveness of after-school services.In this study,literature,questionnaire and interview methods were adopted to study parents’ satisfaction with after-school services,and to deeply explore the current situation and influencing factors of parents’ satisfaction.First of all,in the context of practical problems and practical needs,the research questions are put forward,and the research significance and core concepts are expounded.Secondly,the research on after-school services and parents’ satisfaction at home and abroad is reviewed,the starting point of the research is determined and the research hypothesis is proposed: parents’ expectation,service equity perception and service quality perception have a significant impact on parents’ satisfaction.The parents of W Primary School students were selected as the survey objects,and 393 valid questionnaires were obtained by random sampling method.Finally,the reliability and validity test,descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were carried out on the data of parents’ satisfaction.In order to conduct cross-discussion and analysis on the results of questionnaire data and further explore the current situation and differences of parents’ satisfaction with after-school services,a total of 10 parents were interviewed.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The overall level of parents’ satisfaction with after-school services in W Primary School is relatively high.(2)Parents’ expectation has a significant positive impact on parents’ satisfaction.(3)Service equity perception has no significant impact on parents’ satisfaction.(4)Service quality perception has a significant positive impact on parents’ satisfaction.Based on the research results and discussion,the author puts forward the following strategies to optimize the satisfaction of parents in W Primary School’s after-school service: to match the reasonable expectations of parents,to exert the ability of education;Improve after-school service management system,improve service quality;We will establish a supervision and evaluation mechanism to ensure fair services. |
