| With the development of society, cooperation has become a topic of increasing concern. It is of great value to cultivate children’s cooperative behavior. The development of children’s cooperative behavior needs effective support from teachers, and it has realistic needs to support children’s cooperative behavior.Based on this, this study focused on teacher support strategies to promote the improvement of young children’s cooperative behavior and conducted three rounds of action research. The results of the survey revealed that the level of cooperative behavior in older children was low,and teachers needed to provide appropriate support to promote the level of cooperative behavior in older children.Based on the current situation survey and self-determination theory,we constructed a teacher support strategy for children’s cooperative behavior.According to the basic psychological needs of children’s cooperative behavior, teachers’ support was divided into three types of support: cognitive support, autonomous support, and emotional support.A variety of teacher support strategies were constructed from the support styles, pointing to the development of children’s helpfulness, synergy, and interactivity.Second,a three-round action research study was conducted to promote children’s cooperative behavior level. We used the observation method to observe and analyze children’s cooperative behaviors in the block game, and through reflection on the effectiveness of the action,we adjusted teachers’ support strategies in time to provide a basis for the next round of action plan adjustment. After three rounds of practice and refinement of the strategies, five teacher support strategies for children’s cooperative behavior were identified, namely,"I’ll make the plan," "We succeeded," "I want to thank you," and "What should I do? ","What should I say",and "My Story of Construction".After the three rounds of action research, the results of the action research were analyzed for effectiveness. The questionnaire was used again to post-test the cooperative behaviors of the three older classes, and the results of the study revealed that the post-test scores of the children’s cooperative behaviors were significantly higher than the pre-test scores(p<0.001),indicating that the level of children’s cooperative behaviors improved significantly. To address the development of children’s cooperative behavior, the study proposed corresponding optimization suggestions in three dimensions: cognitive support as the main axis to promote the longitudinal development of cooperative behavior;autonomous support as the driver to stimulate the intrinsic motivation of cooperative behavior;and emotional support as the booster to obtain the joyful experience of cooperative behavior. |
