Building block game is one of the most popular games in kindergarten.The development of children's building block games needs teachers' observation,which is the premise and foundation for teachers to guide children's building block games.Teacher's comprehensive performance activity that teachers purposefully and consciously catch,analyze and explain the relevant information about children' performances during their playing of building block games by certain means.This essay analyzes the theory of the teacher's observation to the performance of children in building block games to find out relevant problems of teacher's observation behavior so that this kind of behavior can be improved.In order to help teachers better carry out the research on observation behavior of children's building block game.In the part of observation behavior theory of children's building blocks game teachers,this study analyzes the development stage and method of children's building blocks game,the representation mode and knowledge acquisition of children's building blocks game,and puts forward the observation behavior of children's building blocks game teachers from the aspects of positive attitude,clear goal,comprehensive content,appropriate method,accurate record,reasonable strategy and full use of record results Basic requirements.In the part of observing the current situation of children's building block game teachers,this study uses the methods of observation,interview,text analysis and case analysis,through the observation of a district level demonstration kindergarten in Liuzhou City,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region for two months,the interview of 17 teachers,and the analysis of this paper,we can know the positive aspects of observation behavior of children's building block game teachers : to recognize the necessity of teachers' observation behavior;to have clear objectives;to pay attention to the observation of children 's block game development stage,methods and knowledge acquisition;to have appropriate observation methods;to have the awareness of objective records;to be able to formulate certain education strategies based on the observation records;to pay attention to the promotion effect of reflection results on children' s development.At the same time,there are also the following problems in the observation behavior of children's building block game teachers: lack of initiative in observation;inaccurate understanding of the development stage,method and representation mode of children's building block game;inadequate analysis of knowledge acquisition of children's building block game;insufficient accuracy of record analysis and strategy formulation;inadequate sharing and communication of reflection results with parents.The main influencing factors are: Teachers' observation consciousness;teachers' knowledge and experience reserve;children's influence on Teachers' observation;kindergarten and society's support for teachers' observation behavior.According to this,this study puts forward suggestions to optimize the observation behavior of children's building block game teachers from the aspects of teachers' personal level,kindergarten level and social level: teachers should enhance the awareness of building block game observation;strengthen the knowledge learning of building block game observation;pay attention to the improvement of the ability of building block game observation.In kindergarten,we should create a loose and independent management mode,establish a research group of teachers' observation behavior,and improve the ratio of teachers to children.In the social aspect,we should fully understand the educational value of game observation behavior,provide the training support system of teacher observation in different levels,and promote the development of game observation activities in various ways.
