Narrative Research On Mainstream Media Vlog News Take CCTV News And The Official Weibo Of People’s Daily As Examples

In the era of mobile Internet,As an emerging video communication method,vlogs have received widespread attention from young people.In 2019,major mainstream media have successively released vlog video news,such as "National Two Sessions Vlog","Wuhan Vlog" and "Forefront Vlog of Major Power Diplomacy",etc.More and more people use vlog to obtain news information.However,the narrative discourse and narrative behavior of vlog news are very different from those of traditional reporters in the past,especially serious current affairs news.What kind of narrative framework and narrative strategy vlog news presents,and how to develop it better,is a research topic worthy of continued exploration.This paper takes mainstream media vlog news as the research object,takes the 177 vlog news released by CCTV news and the official Weibo account of People’s Daily from January2019 to December 2021 as the research sample,takes news narratology as the theoretical support,and adopts the content Analytical method,constructing analysis categories such as narrative story,narrative discourse,narrative behavior,and combining case analysis method to analyze the unique narrative method of mainstream media vlog news.The study found that the mainstream media vlog news is different from the traditional reporter’s appearance report in the role of the host,the shooting perspective,and the narrative style.In the narrative framework,mainstream media vlog news shapes narrative stories through hidden narrators,metaphorical narrative rhetoric,and suspenseful settings of narrative events.Using multiple narrative perspectives,flexible application of narrative time and narrative structure,and clever use of narrative rhetoric.In terms of narrative strategy,narrative behaviors are constructed using tendentious narrative topics,multiple narrative symbols,and figurative narrative styles.Mainstream media vlog news reports demonstrate the narrative advantages of positive public opinion guidance and personified expression.However,mainstream media vlog news reports also have problems such as insufficient narrative skills,pan-entertainment and homogenization of content,and convergence of styles.Measures such as absorbing multiple narrative subjects,innovating interactive narrative methods,and balancing the relationship between front and back content are adopted.Only media vlog news can further strengthen the narrative effect and expand the development space.
