H Company Management Information System Development Model Reconstruction And Effect Evaluation

The application of management information system has led to great changes in social structure and life style,and also plays a vital role in the survival and development of enterprises.According to the provisions of the contract,the management information system development enterprise shall carry out the planning,analysis,design,implementation and late maintenance of the management information system,and be responsible for the quality,construction period and cost of the software it undertakes.In the development process of software development enterprises,there are some problems such as internal staff management,customer communication and confirmation management,development schedule management,and information system performance and function satisfaction management.This paper follows the logic of finding problems,analyzing problems and solving problems,and conducts research based on the development mode of H Software Company.The development mode of H Company’s information system is waterfall mode,which is centered on the company.Through the questionnaire and factor analysis,this paper finds that its development organization and development process are not conducive to the development of information system software products,and the communication with customers is limited in the development process,and the understanding of customers’ organization and business process is not detailed enough.As a result,the developed system cannot support customer strategy and improve customer competitiveness.Therefore,it is proposed that H Company should rebuild the customer-centered cloud platform development mode,adopt the similar incremental mode combining waterfall mode and prototype mode to develop the management information system,optimize the development organization and development process,so as to strengthen the effective and timely communication with customers in all aspects of the development process,and improve the organization and mechanism of H Software Company.Through investigation,interview,mathematical statistics and other methods,based on the analysis of the existing shortcomings of the information system development mode of H Software Company,the paper optimizes the development mode,development process,organization and system of the development enterprise.Taking the development of the provincial tax audit management information system as an example,it is proposed that the development of each link of the information system should be customer-oriented,and communication should be strengthened.Ultimately to ensure the development of management information system to fit the customer actual need,improve business and competition strategy to the customer support.Based on the balanced scorecard theory,combined with the characteristics of software development enterprises and enterprises are an organic part of society,this paper establishes six aspects of the evaluation index system.The weight of each index is determined by subjective assignment method and analytic hierarchy process,and the comprehensive evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate the effect of the user-centered management information system development model based on cloud platform.The research results of this paper also have certain guidance and reference significance for other software development enterprises.
