| Amidst the intensifying rivalry in the market,businesses are increasingly focusing on the instruction of their sales personnel.With the right personnel,the company’s products can be more effectively sold,thus increasing its market share and sway.Establishing a scientific and reasonable competence model of sales personnel can help to define the fundamental qualities that should be possessed,and aid businesses in enhancing the quality of their sales personnel through training.An examination of the current training approach of QYD company sales personnel is the primary focus of this paper.The training process of these personnel is examined in terms of steps,measures and systems.Subsequently,micro data is collected through questionnaire surveys and field interviews,based on the differences between excellent and ordinary performance sales personnel in terms of ability and characteristics.Finally,a QYD company product sales personnel competency model is constructed,and the QYD company sales personnel training system optimization design is based on this model.This research can offer guidance for optimizing QYD’s product sales personnel training system,and subsequently aid QYD in enhancing the job quality of their product sales personnel,thus enhancing the enterprise’s overall management level and market competitiveness.Additionally,it can be used as a reference for the development and optimization of sales personnel in similar companies. |
