This study chooses working pressure problems of C construction company’s middle managers as the research object,to hope that through investigation and study,C construction company’s middle managers working stress situation could be understood;after analyzing the factors which constitute the pressure source,we may discuss how the middle managers deal with and manage the work pressure and put forward practical and feasible management strategy to C construction company management,so as to help middle managers to relieve work pressure,improve the work efficiency,and increase the overall performance and competitiveness.From the perspective of organizational behavior,this study adopts questionnaire survey as research methods,to study working pressure problems of C construction company’s middle managers.This paper investigated the 31 C construction company’s middle managers,using SPSS for Windows to analyze the results of the survey.The analysis results show that the working pressure problems of C construction company’s middle managers were mainly composed of six dimensions,i.e.the work itself,working roles,relationships,career,organizational structure and atmosphere,work and family interface;in addition,it also done of different gender,job,age,education and working years.Among them,the men’s overall average pressure is higher than women’s.The average total pressure in market crew is higher than that in other departments.The overall average pressure over 50 ages is higher than that of other age groups.The educational level for junior middle school or below it is higher than other qualifications about average total pressure.The average total pressure for 3 to 5 years working experiences’ personnel is higher than those of other working experiences.Generally speaking,working pressure problems of C construction company’s middle managers belongs to excessive pressure style.Finally,in view of the working pressure problems of C construction company’s middle managers,according to three different levels,i.e.the characteristics of the external macro environment factors,internal environment factors,the factors influencing management personal,a scheme for managing work pressure is put forward;firstly,we will improve the system of company management,and promote enterprise culture construction,secondly,reasonable arrangement should be carried out,to create a good working atmosphere,thirdly,helping plan for enterprise employees should be introduced,fourthly administrative staff should cope with work pressure by themselves.Through these solutions from the perspective of human resource management and organizationalⅢbehavior,we try my best to solve how C construction company middle managers deal with the working pressure and enhance their work efficiency;at the same time,it can provide reference of working pressure management for other construction companies.
