Then on the basis ofcombing and the theoretical deduction, the conceptual model of organizational healthand the relationship model of the three and the related hypothesis had been proposed.Secondly, this study has designed its own questionnaire by the menthods like literturesearching, depth interviews, and open-ended questionnaire. By building the relationship modelbetween each dimension of the three latent variables and building the SEM amongorganizational health, the managers’ work pressure, and the managers’ job performance,we can found that organizational health has significant negative effects on managers’work pressure and managers’ work pressure has significant negative effects onmanagers’ job performance. So we can infer that organizational has significant positiveeffects on managers’ job performance. Finally, this paper makes the conclusion, analyzes the inadequacies of the study, and point out the prospects for further study in future.
