| Nowadays,terms like "smart manufacturing" and "data mining" has become increasingly popular and well-known.With the inclusion of programs,such as "Made in China 2025" and "Internet+" into the "13th Five-Year Plan",China’s manufacturing industry has been given a specific direction.The rapid development of equipment,technique and information technology has also expanded the applications of various IT-based control modules and systems,which allows for online collection and storage of data generated in the manufacturing process in the real time,both in the past or future.Some of the traditional manufacturing enterprises have been equipped with certain software designed for data intelligent analysis,covering customer needs,design,equipment control,process parameters,quality management and other functions.These tools for data analysis,however,focus more on the current situation and less attention to the past and the future trend,providing a limited help to the management,which becomes more and more dependent on data for decisions and resource allocation.On the other hand,as more and more traditional manufacturing enterprises give a priority to the informatization and intelligent operation,the investments in capital and technology grow as well.There are some striking features of the data of the traditional manufacturing industry,such as the simultaneous acquisition of massive data in real time,a number of aspects to be collected,various types of data,and close associations in different types of data.Data collection is so easily disturbed by complex operating conditions that it is difficult to ensure the stability and integrity.For the reason,to achieve the "smart manufacturing",an enterprise must advance based on its own conditions,instead of seeking to accomplish in an action.With Company A as an example,the thesis gives firstly an introduction of the Company’s measures and attempts to achieve "data-based" and "information-based"operation,represented by "two systems".Informatization is a long-term basic work in Information Engineering also encountered such as project benefit evaluation and objective quantification is difficult and easy to be ignored,the existing human resource constraints,the original large information base,uneven between different departments and information needs of different large difference,the essence of these issues and how to generate the detail analysis.Through nearly 10 years of work at the enterprise level A company has generally established ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)system,MES(Manufacturing Execution System),APC(supply chain management system,advanced control system and management system)single source data acquisition system,the basic coverage of the enterprise management,production management,production operation level.With the expansion of production scale in recent years,the demand for data acquisition and transmission efficiency of new equipment is getting higher and higher,and the existing information work has been unable to meet the current requirements.While the current very popular "data mining","Internet plus" and other emerging technologies for how to use the company’s existing data for production optimization,reduce the loss of work provides a new way of thinking.Accordingly,the company has put forward the requirement that information work should be changed from information to intelligence,and the new technology of "intelligent factory" will begin to be built.According to the existing information work results and the actual situation of the company,the paper makes detailed analysis and design from the top level design,layered design and personalized customization program of the "intelligent factory" project.Finally,the author combines the work experience of the past ten years,from the project target formulation,project schedule management to human resource management,data management summary,gives the implementation of information and intelligent work guarantee and experience summary. |
