At present,the international and domestic economic environment is undergoing rapid and profound changes.Under this background,M Group,as the leading domestic electronics industry,urgently needs to think about how to continue to deepen the transformation from traditional manufacturing appliance enterprises to covering consumer appliances,HVAC,air conditioning,and heating,ventilation and air conditioning.Robot and automation system,intelligent supply chain technology group's strategic transformation.This paper first analyzes the present situation of M Group's strategic transformation,and then discusses the performance and existing problems of M Group's transform ation.Then,using the pest analysis and SWOT analysis methods to analyze the environment facing M group.At last,the paper puts forward the countermeasures of M Group's strategic transformation in the new stage.The strategic transformation of Group M is divided into two stages.In the first stage,the strategy of "product leading,efficiency driven,global operation" is implemented in the first stage.In the second stage,the "double intelligence"strategy with "intelligent home manufacturing"as the core and the "new generation of man-machine" strategy as the core are carried out.Judging from the performance of strategic transformation,the first stage of strategic transformation of M Group is basically successful.Thindicatorse second stage of strategic transformation is steadily advancing.The implementation of the first phase of the strategic transformation has improved M Group's financial.However,due to the need of the second phase of the double-witted strategic layout,some of the performance indicators have been affected in the short term,but in the long run,with the further development of the new industry,Further integration of the acquisition companies in coordination with the M Group financial indicators will be further improved.At the present stage,Group M should continue to push forward the strategic transformation in the new stage:the original products will continue to lead the industry to ensure the leading position of the industry,the layout of the robot industry,the promotion of intelligent manufacturing,the construction of smart home,the formation of brand ecological chain;We will continue to steadily promote global operations.
