Research On Capacity Building Of Engineering Undergraduates Facing "Made In China 2025"

With the deepening of "made in China 2025" strategy,breakthroughs have been made in cloud computing,big data,Internet of things,artificial intelligence and other new technologies,and informatization and industrialization are deeply integrated.Higher engineering education provides strong intellectual support and talent guarantee for the development of national industrialization,while the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry pose new challenges to the talent cultivation of higher engineering education.Under the background of promoting the first-class undergraduate education,engineering undergraduate training plays a fundamental role in higher engineering education.In order to accurately locate the guiding and directional relationship between the needs of enterprises and the talent cultivation of engineering undergraduates,it is necessary to grasp and excavate the enterprise end engineering talent ability standard system.From the perspective of enterprise engineering talent demand,this paper establishes a four-dimensional engineering talent capacity standard system,including professional ability,comprehensive quality ability,sustainable development ability and personal quality,through the establishment of 60 enterprise campus recruitment talent demand text database and the use of qualitative research methods.Based on the ability standard system of enterprise engineering undergraduates,the problems in the ability training of engineering undergraduates are found.In the part of empirical research on the ability cultivation of engineering undergraduates,this paper establishes a four-dimensional ability behavior description of engineering undergraduates.Through the questionnaire survey,it is found that the ability development of engineering undergraduates is not balanced,the theoretical learning and practical operation are not coordinated,the ability of cross-cultural communication is lacking,and the adaptability to the external environment needs to be strengthened.The national engineering education policy,enterprise participation,school training and individual motivation affect the ability training of Engineering Undergraduates in varying degrees.Therefore,in order to strengthen the ability building of engineering undergraduates,the state,enterprises,schools and individuals should form a comprehensive construction system and improve the ability training system of engineering undergraduates.
