Because of the advantages of environmental protection,energy saving,safety,speed,punctuality and so on,rail transit has become the main means of transportation in the city.In recent years,a large number of second tier cities in China have started large-scale construction of the subway.Zhengzhou also rode the great development of the national rail transit,and established the Zhengzhou rail transit Company Limited(hereinafter referred to as the Zhengzhou subway)in 2008,and began to build the subway,especiallyin the "13th Five-Year" period,the Zhengzhou subway and large-scale construction,a substantial increase in the demand for employees.And the "order type" talent training mode has been favored by Orbital Corporation and vocational colleges for its short training time,high efficiency,large quantity and strong post,"Order form" will be an important component of the Zhengzhou Metro staff at present and in the coming years.This paper is divided into five chapters to analyze and study a series of problems faced by Zhengzhou Metro "order form" talent training.First of all,this paper mainly studies the status quo of "order form" talent training: including the basic situation of school enterprise cooperation,the selection and training process of "order students".Followed by the introduction of the "existence" talent order mode of the problems and the main reasons for these problems include: one is not the guarantee system and the corresponding support,did not set up the corresponding management departments,paid no attention to the funds to support force;two is the professional advantages of specific Rail Transportation College,reasons and school level colleges of the concept reason;three is the Zhengzhou Metro subway company talent shortage,colleges and rail transportation vision is not uniform.The last is to perfect the "order" training suggestions: one is to cultivate the "order" with new ideas,improve the "order" training system and mechanism;two is to set the course;three is the rail transportation company to fully participate in the training,the establishment of incentive mechanism,evaluation of the quality of personnel training.The study mainly summarizes and analyzes the Orbital Corporation and cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges "order" talent mode theory problem,pointed out the problems existing in the practice mode of order form training and reasons,and puts forward the corresponding opinions and suggestions according to these problems.This article mainly uses the literature law,the questionnaire survey method and so on.We hope to perfect the "order oriented" personnel training model of Zhengzhou Rail Transit Corporation and Zhengzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College,and also provide support for other metro companies.
