With the development of safety technology service industry in China, STS company has become one of famous and well-known technology service companies in four years. It is always a serious question to be considered by STS company that how to face more and more fiercely market competition, how to maintain profit growth and how to cultivate the young technical talents with little experience. After analyzing the condition of the business of STS company, we found that all the business are based on the supply the technical staff to the clients. As we all know, talents are the most important resources in the company. So it is must be solved that how to improve the enterprise existing talent training mode, how to benign integration spurring its internal resources, how to enhance the competitive ability of the enterprises, and so on.We conduct a series of carefully research on the value chain of technical service company, on the core competencies of the enterprises, on the talents training mode and on the typical training mode in domestic and abroad. According to actual development needs of Safety Technology Services Company, as technical service personnel training model in the safety industry for the study, combined with the present situation of talent cultivation in the safety industry, focusing on ways and means of training, enterprise policies and systems to support content carried out studies, explores the safety industry is suitable for new talent training model for the growth of technical service personnel.
