Research On All-for-one Tourism Development Path Of Enshi Prefecture Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

In view of a series of new situations,such as the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics and new changes in the principal contradiction in Chinese society,the Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core put forward the rural revitalization strategy.This strategy is an important decision based on the current situation of China and the needs of rural development.It is a concrete implementation of the overall layout of"Five-pronged Integrated Plan"and"Four-pronged Comprehensive Plan"in the rural area.Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,the goal of rural development is no longer to pursue a single economic growth,but to realize the modernization of agriculture,improve rural development,and accelerate the construction of beautiful countryside.Thus,rural revitalization takes tourism as the strategic fulcrum to steadily promote the development of all-for-one rural tourism.Meanwhile,all-for-one tourism is an effective carrier of the five development concepts of"Innovation,Coordination,Green,Openness and Sharing".Its development goals perfectly meet the essential requirements of China’s poverty alleviation in the new era.All-for-one tourism provides feasible schemes and concrete implementation paths for industrial revitalization,ecological environment improvement,integrated development of urban and rural areas,as well as construction of rural culture civilization in rural areas,so as to realize the goal of strong agriculture,beautiful countryside and rich farmers.Taking Enshi Tujia and Miao autonomous prefecture（hereinafter referred to as:Enshi prefecture）all-for-one tourism development as the research object,combined with its tourism resource distribution,industrial layout,and global tourism development planning of actual situation,using the knowledge of economics,this research not only expounds the development of all-for-one tourism as well as the lack of its development,but also analyses the internal and external reasons in depth.Moreover,in order to the develop the all-for-one tourism,the research puts forward a few reasonable suggestions.Combined with the relevant theories of rural revitalization strategy,the significance of the in-depth research on all-for-one tourism is as follows:first,it expands the research path of rural revitalization strategy from the theoretical level,and improves the theoretical research system of rural construction.Second,by sorting out the status quo of regional tourism development in Enshi prefecture and summarizing its regional tourism development experiences,it provides an effective path and reference experience for other regions to promote the development of tourism economy.According to the analysis of this research,the main means to construct all-for-one tourism includes innovating system mechanism,deepening the reform of tourism supply side structural integration,coordinating tourism and related industry,speeding up the tourism brand building strategy system,and adhering to the protection to foster regional resources.The construction of all-for-one tourism fundamentally strengthens the foundation of rural revitalization,activates the potential of diversified rural development,and helps build a rural environment suitable for living,working and playing.Moreover,the construction of all-for-one tourism has produced remarkable economic,ecological and social benefits,which provides a solid guarantee for China to fully accomplish the poverty alleviation target,completes the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects,and obtains the great achievements of the 13^thfive-year plan.
