Site of Xanadu as the key tourism resources development object of XilinGuole League,plays an important role in promoting and spreading grassland culture.The income-generating tourism industry makes the economic growth in the city has accelerated year by year,relieve the pressure of employment and solve the contradiction between people and environment at present.But at the same time,the supporting infrastructure,park planning,traveling products and services are not perfect enough,the coordinated development of pastoral economy is not deep enough in place.The protection and development of Site of Xanadu need to be solved urgently.This paper is based on the written materials of the historical and cultural resources of the Yuan Dynasty.This paper investigates and understands the rich cultural elements such as all the natural ecological environment resources,the construction of historical and cultural ancient sites,and the cultural and folk resources of Mongolian ethnic characteristics.Based on the four levels that included the tourism concept of Zhenglanqi,the protection and development of the Site of Xanadu,the combination of the Site of Xanadu’s museum and the new media,Site of Xanadu’s historical and cultural experience park.To put forward a practical Site of Xanadu’s historical and cultural experience park development program through analyzing and researching in established cases at domestic and overseas.
