| 2020 is a year of worldwide attention and milestone.The Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core,attaches great importance to the work of scientific and technological innovation and insists on taking innovation as the first driving force to lead the development.Major achievements in science and technology have sprung up in China:"China’s sky eye" has been put into use,beidou-3 global navigation satellite system has been officially opened,and chang’e-5 has successfully sampled and returned lunar samples.All these show us the strength of China’s science and technology.In the " 14th Five-Year Plan ",it is also proposed to further strengthen the main position of enterprises in scientific and technological innovation,encourage enterprises to increase R&D investment,and at the same time,the state will also give tax concessions to the basic research investment of enterprises.From this series of measures,we can see that the country attaches great importance to innovation,and always puts scientific and technological innovation in the core position of the overall development.In the national scientific and technological innovation work,high-tech enterprises are the main force of innovation,and innovation needs core human capital.As General Secretary Xi Jinping once pointed out:" talent is the first resource,the fundamental source of national scientific and technological innovation lies in people." Obviously,for high-tech enterprises,knowledge workers are their core human capital,which is very important for the sustainable and high-quality development of enterprises.Therefore,how to effectively motivate knowledge workers,fully stimulate their potential,so as to maximize the value of the enterprise,is the key goal of high-tech enterprises to achieve the qualitative leap of innovation ability,which is also the focus of this paper.At present,equity incentive is a long-term incentive mechanism chosen by many high-tech enterprises,which can help enterprises to gain the leading advantage in the fierce market competition.The key problems involved in this paper are:first,why should hightech enterprises implement equity incentive to knowledge workers;secondly,how to implement equity incentive to knowledge workers affects the performance of high-tech enterprises;third,how to further promote the equity incentive effect by the design of the elements of incentive schemes.This paper first expounds the related concepts and theoretical basis of knowledge workers and equity incentive,and reflects the current situation of implementing equity incentive in high-tech enterprises in China through descriptive statistics.Then the motivation of implementing equity incentive for knowledge workers in high-tech enterprises,how it affects the performance of high-tech enterprises,and the further promotion effect of incentive scheme element design on equity incentive effect are analyzed in detail.On this basis,select Hikvision as a case company to discuss.Taking the background of implementing equity incentive as the starting point,this paper expounds the micro environment of implementing equity incentive,introduces the content of equity incentive scheme,and analyzes and demonstrates the effect of implementing equity incentive from three aspects:market reaction,financial index and non-financial index,and concludes that the implementation of equity incentives for knowledge workers is conducive to the sustainable development of enterprises.At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages of the equity incentive scheme are evaluated and the corresponding optimization suggestions are given.Finally,based on the research of this article,the following three enlightenments are summarized:First,choose appropriate incentive objects based on the life cycle of the enterprise;second,improve the design of contract elements based on the equity incentive goals;third,improve the quality of corporate information disclosure in combination with the demand for equity incentives.This paper hopes that through the study of Hikvision’s equity incentive scheme,it can give other high-tech enterprises some reference and reference,so as to encourage high-tech enterprises to vigorously promote the equity incentive to knowledge workers.Create a community of interests between employees and enterprises,and then promote the sustainable development and growth of enterprises. |
