| With the deepening of China’s aging,the implementation of the resident pension insurance system based on the principle of "wide coverage,basic protection,multi-level and sustainable" is important for ensuring the basic life of the elderly,narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor,and building a harmonious society.significance.However,with the expansion of insurance coverage and the increasing demand for insurance services by the participating people,the Xuzhou District of Yibin City officially established the Basic Pension Insurance Service Center for Urban and Rural Residents in Xuzhou District of Yibin City in July 2012,and officially launched the new Rural social endowment insurance and urban resident social endowment insurance,and combined implementation of resident endowment insurance in July 2014.As of the end of2019,the number of people insured in Syrian District has reached 380,000,and the service power of existing agencies has been overwhelmed The insufficiency in socialization,standardization and informatization construction has intensified,which directly affects the implementation and improvement of the resident pension insurance in our district,affects the immediate interests of the masses,and also affects the masses’ satisfaction and trust in policies degree.Today,when building a "service-oriented" government,it is necessary to continuously improve the management and service level of the agencies in order to gradually meet the actual needs of the masses.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the management of pension insurance for residents in Xuzhou District of Yibin City,this paper analyzes the current situation of the management of pension insurance for residents in Xuzhou District based on the current relevant policies,data and questionnaire survey data,and deeply analyzes the existing Problems and reasons,and put forward corresponding and perfect suggestions.In the study,the management service level of the residents’ pension insurance agency in Syria has initially achieved shared residence insurance,boutique residence insurance,digital residence insurance,sunshine residence insurance,convenient residence insurance,and efficient residence insurance;The main existing problems of the management service of the office are: the construction of the handling personnel team,the construction of the platform,the management mechanism,and the degree of informatization.In response to the above problems,this article puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement: strengthening the construction of handling personnel,strengthening the construction of handling agencies,optimizing service processes,improving service quality(improving the level of refined management),and strengthening information construction. |
