Research On The Development Strategy Of GL Company

China’s economy has entered a new stage of development,with the concept of low-carbon,circular and efficient green development,put forward higher requirements for energy utilization.Lithium ion batteries are widely used in the field of consumer electronics and energy storage due to their rapid charging and discharging,high energy density and environmental friendliness.In recent years,with the rapid growth of electric vehicle market,lithium battery industry chain enterprises ushered in huge development opportunitiesGL company is a high-tech enterprise which produces and sells solar cells,electronic components and lithium battery anode and cathode materials.Taking GL company as the research object,this paper uses pest,Porter’s five forces model and SWOT analysis to summarize and explain the opportunities and threats,strengths and weaknesses of future development,and uses QSPM matrix to evaluate the impact of key factors of GL company’s development,so as to study and judge the company’s future development strategy,and puts forward the company’s future development strategic framework.Research and analysis show that small and medium-sized enterprises similar to GL company,in order to achieve healthy development in the case of small size,less resources and backward technology,can not blindly pursue low price in exchange for market share,and should take advantage of the industry development opportunities to implement a turnaround strategy,that is,in the short term,through foreign cooperation,introduction and other ways to make up for their own technology,management and other disadvantages,in exchange for good development At the same time,we should pay attention to long-term capital accumulation,technology research and development training,strive to improve management level,finally make up for the internal disadvantages,and realize the endogenous drive of development momentum.
